When the movie Hacksaw Ridge came out, the game Battlefield 1 was at the height of its popularity. One of the classes in-game was a medic, and suddenly there were players everywhere doing Hacksaw Ridge Challenge play, never firing their guns as they played a medic, and only going for heals and revives. Lo and behold, they often were in the top few on the leaderboards during matches, as you could rack up points very quickly keeping your team alive, rather than trying to kill the enemy. I'm sure there's some sort of lesson in this, but not sure what.
The teamwork makes the dream work. I loved the medic class in BFV, mostly because it didn't require me to do be any good with my shooting, and I still felt useful, even sometimes critical for my team's success.

Religion is man’s attempt at controlling his relationship with God. Christianity is simply having a relationship with God on God’s terms. Religion says if you do enough you will be rewarded. Jesus died for you before you did anything to deserve it. Accepting that and accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior is the only way to eternal life. Every other path leads to eternal separation from God, which is to say hell.
@nitdiver5 Desmond did what he did not through a higher power (which doesn't exist) he did it through sheer will, determination, belief that something was watching over him (which wasnt) it was simply all those traits combined with a bit of luck.
