I was, as a stupid teenager, an atheist, believing in nothing and outright calling religions stupid and evil, without even knowing what they are about. But now, as I am older, I have returned to god and am trying to follow the christian teachings, but as always, there is this slither of doubt, not one of deniance but of truth, if the christian religion is the truly right one. To have the doubt disappear, I looked into the teachings of the bible, the quran and the tora, and the message of loving your neighbor as well as your enemy, was one of the messages that convinced me, that truly Jesus Christ is god and the bible is right, Amen.☦️✝️

I've considered myself an atheist, however I never deny the influence that Jesus has on me. Whether or not, he exists, to say that I respect him is an understatement. The existence of god may be arguable, but his words aren't.
Jesus is defnitely real, him being sent by God and birthed by a virgin are where you might be able to contest, but I think, as an agnostic, it's pretty safe to say he was a real historical figure
I experienced the presence of god in july of this year, my life has changed since i met him, he is real my brother, but you will never believe what i tell you until you experience the presence of god yourself, go to a christian church and ask the pastors to help you met the supernatural presence so you can know in flesh and bones yourself that god is real and he loves you.
I think this one particularly hits thanks to creating this feeling of homelyness. We are back to the gothic ages when god was far away from people and people thought of anything miraculous in a distant manner. But people never change, we always want to have that little piece of god with us. And god changed, he gave each of us a little piece of himself. Be good and you have that piece come flying into your palm.

People used to marvel at how beautiful it is to live in a world like ours. Despite all the uglyness, the reality is so unbelievably beautiful and awe-inspiring, but for some reason people tend to forget that, especially if that reality is explainable. With the loss of the element of unknown, suddenly nothing is beautiful anymore. Thus with the lost beauty people assume there is no god, because what god does not love and create, and give beauty? Imagine if one day, there is scientific proof of people having souls? Suddenly these are not called souls anymore, but instead "internal energies" or something akin to this. The element of wonder is gone, just like that, because man both admires and fears what he doesn't know, but cannot love, for the life of his what he believes is fully explored and known. At least this is what I believe, make of it what you will.

We are back to the gothic ages when god was far away from people and people thought of anything miraculous in a distant manner. But people never change, we always want to have that little piece of god with us. And god changed, he gave each of us a little piece of himself. Be good and you have that piece come flying into your palm.
Beautifully said. And God is eternal, he exists regardless of what we think of him. And, as you said, the miraculous is often explained away with shoddy rationality and "scientific thought." Miracles and blessings can be chalked up as mere hallucinations, that's way too convenient of an excuse isn't it?
@@noxplay4906 but they are scientific. In fact, the whole world is a miracle, but understood better by the minute. What we lost in studying the nature of the world was marvel. People used to marvel at how beautiful it is to live in a world like ours. Despite all the uglyness, the reality is so unbelievably beautiful and awe-inspiring, but for some reason people tend to forget that, especially if that reality is explainable. With the loss of the element of unknown, suddenly nothing is beautiful anymore. Thus with the lost beauty people assume there is no god, because what god does not love and create, and give beauty?
Imagine if one day, there is scientific proof of people having souls? Suddenly these are not called souls anymore, but instead "internal energies" or something akin to this. The element of wonder is gone, just like that, because man both admires and fears what he doesn't know, but cannot love, for the life of his what he believes is fully explored and known.
At least this is what I believe, make of it what you will.
