This video couldn't have come up on my feed at a better time... It's Ramadan soon, and have been worrying about my muscle gain progression for this time period! 💪
It’s hard for me to train while thirsty. I am hoping to do some morning cardio before suhoor then do some weights at night. My main fitness goal though is actually getting to 10k steps a day. I mostly sit at work so hoping to increase my movement.
Bro I have a question I am regularly fasting and I went to gym for 2 days I did upper body in these two days and now my whole upper body is sore. The pain is extremely severe I can't even move out of bed I have to crawl out of bed I can't even lift my arm perfectly. I am extremely in pain I am bearing it for 2 days but now it has went extreme. How can I get rid of this muscle soreness?

Only training i do after iftar is taraweeh
Go to the gym just after maqrib and finish your workout before taraweeh
Are there any foods that you recommend for maintaining / building muscle for suhoor?
A complex carbohydrate source (like oats) and slow-absorbing protein source (like casein protein, dairy or meat) are excellent suhoor options!

What do you recommend Lifting heavy weights or light in ramadan.
Within an 8-15 rep range is a good aim during Ramadan for most people💪🏽
