Hi Yvonne! How you went about filling in the cracks on the child's chair was just brilliant! You kept its character. That's the best cement color you've ever come up with for the canisters.

All of these are beautiful. I love the burlap with music and birds. The suitcase is fabulous. I’m glad you added the black rub and buff. It looks great. Always love your estate and thrift Halls. You always seem to find the most wonderful pieces but you make it even better with your talents and your husband working together. Just amazing. using your hot glue gun to make a mold of the roses is the absolutely coolest thing I've seen you done (and you have done hundreds of cool things I've made notes on!).

That carved frame is so unique. Burlap, sheet music paper and, oh, my goodness, the birds! Yep, that's my favorite. But they are all fantastic.

WOW, you really blew it out of the water, once again! Love all of the pieces! I learn so much from you!
I use sticky transfers all the time. If you will rinse them under cool water and turn them upside down to dry they should be able to restick to the paper backing. The sticky will usually last at least 8-10 times if you dont rub over it too hard with a cleaning sponge. Some transfers will last longer or shorter than others...depending on how much stickiness they had to begin with. Hope that helps. And...the chair was my favorite today!! Beautiful!!

Thank you for answering the question about painting everything black first! It makes sense now 😊 Since I'm a quilter, I LOVED the quilt designs on the milk bottle!! And that oval-topped mirror is just gorgeous. I would have never thought of using hot glue as a mold nor would I have thought you could sand an old suitcase like that!

I would have done the gray paint on the lids of the canisters too. Maybe a dark blue for the lettering.
I love how the school desk chair turned out. I have a desk chair combination from the 1960s. My dad got it out of a school that was closing when I was a little girl. It's been refinished several times. Right now it is in pieces and you have inspired me to get at it and get it finished for my granddaughter. Thanks for the inspiration!!

Omg Yvonne I am hooked on your channel well your family's channel. I have to say OMG what you did to that black and wood chair with the big crack in it . I thought what you did with that black star bonder glue. Frig girl where did they get you . You have such a wonderful eye for things. That really impressed me. I know that I am not an important figure in your life but I have to say I've always loved antiques I'm into DIY. But I like repurposing so much better. Especially antiques. And we're just starting heavy duty pickup where ppl put their "trash on the curb " to be picked up in about a month or so 🎶🎶🎶 IT'S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR 🎶🎶🎶 AS you can imagine. I got butterflies right now ppl are putting stuff out. I hope I find some old wood frames 🤞🤞🤞 they're my favorite thing !!! I'm so happy I found your channel. But if I don't get my ass off this phone I'm going to be divorced before I am married. Btw I call it JUNKIN SEASON my hunny calls it " oh no more junk " . He's getting better tho he sees the stuff I create. Anyway love you. I have the ginger red hair on my dad's side of the family and Auburn on my mom's . I'm somewhere in the middle lol depending on what time of year it is . I do have the temper tho do you???? Lol 🤣🤣🤣🤣 anyway rock out girl . Lovely recycling!! I was a little sad to see the wildflower canisters painted but they turned out so cool, esp with the milk bottle too. 👍🏻
For fabric to fabric, paper to paper or paper to fabric please try Fabritac/Fabrifix. You can get it at most craft stores. A lil bit pricy but works VERY well and fast! 😉
