Amazing controls, a lot of these completly fooled me! Once you get it down so you can do it smoothly it looks so clean and natural, they will never suspect a thing!

Whoa!!!! I took up card magic/sleight of hand a year ago and this was the best 20 minutes of card sleight tutorial I have ever seen. New Sub 100%. Refined some moves I was doing but also added some amazing stuff-- fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well I am new to your channel. You were recommended to me by a friend who is a magician. So I am catching up and feel I must comment that this video is fantastic and has so may great moves, controls, etc. I want to thank you again for doing these. Just terrific work by you!
I'm a day late to this and I'm only 8 minutes in but Ernest Earick's one handed version of the convincing control is my go to control. I think the convincing control in general works better for left handed people because we're showing the pip at the top.
Some gems man, for sure! Them J&T cards ain't no joke😀👍 The Harris control is really fun, I like that alot. Also nice tips on the cull action on the cc!
The controls and the tuition are great Sean. The main problem is what to do with it from then on. Having controlled the card, the challenge is then to reveal it in the most spectacular and original manner. There is not much out there in the way of ideas or tutorials on the culmination of a trick, namely the revelation of the chosen card. Have you considered making a vid on this topic? I am certain that it would be well received and appreciated.
That's a great idea! I did briefly start a series called How to find Cards, but my main focus was different kinds of pop out moves, or flashy locations. Perhaps it is a better idea to go over all the different ways to reveal a chosen card. Thanks for the advice!
Thank you for this, I was really looking for a control to perform while surrounded by people, I have just started learning a month ago and double undercut is risky because sides are exposed, I almost got caught once. But with this video I feel more confident to control a card
Amazing amount of deceptive controls. One of my favorite simple controls is by Tom Gagnon in a vol of Trapdoor by Steve Beam. I'm not sure if you know any of his work (I assume you do since you are like a awesome human encyclopedia on magic), but I would love to chat with you about other controls.
For all lazy magicians like me: The two easiest and very convincing ways to control a card top or bottom is with Kelly`s Bottom Placement - or even easier by cutting... with a Stripper Deck! 😊

When I was 15 my hobbies were art & magic. I'm 70 now & still have those hobbies! ❤
I would love to see you perform. After 55 years you must be awesome at both. You should start a UA-cam channel.
I really felt this
Wow amazing...👍
I am almost 60 now and still love magic trick as a hobby 😁

Wow, that last one is so illogical! Why would you slide a card out of the middle to put it straight into the middle?
