Happy birthday Alex Pandrea! Interesting fact: "the spread pass was 1st control i ever learnt and it was from you teaching it on 52kards channel". Still love it trying improve and use the most.
I absolutely suck at passes.. it’s definitely the weak part of my magic game. This, however, is helping a lot! I am actually able to do this one for whatever reason. Really appreciate the effort you put into your videos! Your instruction is awesome!
My favourite pass is the bluff pass!! This is my favourite because, whenever I perform for my family or friends, they all gather around ina circle. So, there is no perfect angle for these passes! I feel that the bluff pass can be covered by putting you hand(with the card in it) on your chest! So yeah, I use the bluff pass the most! Happy birthday Alex🔥🔥🙏🎂😊
thank you and Happy birthday, 65 years old and watching and doing magic for 50 year and hands down that was the best tutorial that i've seen on the spread pass. its something ive played with for a long time used once in a while and still learned more here than anywhere else, mind you never professionally , just fun , 40 years a carpenter, and collector of magic books, tricks etc... my hands are in rough shape but still enjoy cards to keep them moving, thanks again will help where i can by subscribing and taking advantage of your online store.
What I really like about Alex's tutorials is that he really goes in depth into the trick's proper execution and offers great tips that actually really help. Most UA-cam magicians will just make a quick 5 minute video. Thanks Alex!
First, Happy Birthday! Next, even when you beautifully show me how it's done, it's still magical. Last, but not least, Thank you! You're tutorials are A+.
You make it look and sound so easy it’s why I watch your videos, i will keep trying and hopefully I’ll get to a reasonable level. Keep putting out these videos they are great
Wow GUY! .... literary just did this following along and fooled myself so hard that I said out loud "WOW DUDE THAT'S F***ING SNEAKY!" to the video while it was playing. This has to be my new favorite and I be practicing this a ton moving forward. Thanks for the tutorial!
I'm in love with spread pass just because of legend Alex. Man you r the best in sleight of hand and in teaching these tricks to us. Your way of describing magic is great
My favorite Passes are the Classic Pass and the Turnover Pass. The Classic Pass because of the versatility (you can use it for everything:Control, Visual Card Jump, Color Change...) and the Turnover Pass because of the Invisibility. My List would be like that: (I perform all of these Passes so I'm telling of of my personal experience and yours might not be like mine) Invisible Passes: (for Controling a Card without anyone noticing) 1.Turnover Pass 2.Classic Pass 3.Hermann Pass 4.Open Pass 5.Cover Pass Visual Passes: (for visual effects like color changes or an ACR where the spectator knows you must be doing something they just can figure out what) 1.Brick Pass 2.Cover Pass 3.Hermann Pass 4.Classic Pass 5.Turnover Pass
First off, who gives this kind of awesome content a thumbs down!? No pleasing some people. Secondly, I have your pass project and it's fantastic. Third, some amazing little subtleties here. Keep up the awesome work, you deserve every ounce of your success!!
Hi Alex! I love classic pass... but today it could change because when I started learning spread pass I fell in love whit it. So it might be the spread pass. And all credits to you... Thank you for learning us that!
Happy Birthday Alex! After being part of your course, my favorite pass is the turn over pass because it is invisible when done correctly and you can add a convincer. My "least favorite" pass would be the classic pass, because it requires the most abrupt finger movement. However, I've practiced it a lot so it's probably the pass that I do most.
I know a few passes, but this one is my go-to. A very good, albeit somewhat lengthy, tutorial! I've adjusted my handling somewhat on your advice. Thanks!
Happy birthday from Brazil, man. Your tutorials are helping entertain the kids here during pandemia. Suported you on blue crown...tx for the amazing work!
Happy birthday! I love using this pass. Tried tried and tried to master the classic pass when I first got into magic, but just couldn't do it well enough, so I started using this. Great tutorial.
Thanks for the awesome tutorial, I will use this all the time!!! I have been wanting to learn this forever!!! I think these are the best quality tutorials on UA-cam they are amazing!! Keep up the great work man!!! PS. Happy birthday Alex!!!🎉🎉
Happy birthday Alex! ive learned so much from your tutorials. My classic pass is lightening because of your insights on it . I appreciate you and what you do, thank you!! ✊ I just went over and bought your ultimate guide to the pass, time to caffeinate and up my game ..lol!
This vid is from a while back but I have to say it’s one of the best (if not the best) explanation vids on this pass I’ve seen. I’ve been trying to master the pass for quite a while and have struggled with it a lot. The details here have helps tremendously Alex. Thank you for sharing! Love you vids and gotta love those NOCS! my favorite of probably the luxury NOCS but I have all 4 colors of the new NOC Pros as well. Can’t get enough of the simplicity
The spread pass is excellent, especially instead of using a squaring motion to cover it, you pick the whole deck up in a sort-of biddle grip, in your right hand between the pinky and thumb, the rest of your fingers resting on the side of the deck except your pointer, which you use to point at your empty, palm-up hand. I then wiggle the fingers of that hand to show they have no control over the cards before throwing the deck back into that hand with a slapping sound. Of course, the selection is already on the top of the deck.
I love the spread pass the most cause it's so smooth, natural and you can fit it in a performance so easily. I hate the classic pass the most cause I can't do it (small hand, I'm a kid) and while everyone is saying is so easy.
I know several passes, but the one I personally like the best is the cover pass as for me I can do it looking my crowd in the eyes and with very little top movement of my hands. Of course this has one limit in that the controlled card ends up the second from the top instead on the top. It does allow me to pretend to have messed up by showing the top card and then placing it back on the deck where I thump the top of the deck and then do a double lift and produced the controlled card, which I then move on to the ambitious card trick where the top card of the double is placed cleanly into the deck only to now have the controlled card on the top of the deck
My favorite is the herman pass. Followed closing by the classic. The Herman is so deceiving and clean if done properly and the classic is surprising and flashy.
Happy birthday dude :) thanks to you i now know a few passes and tricks definitely wouldn’t of got them down right if not for ur tutorials thank you :). This is definitely my favourite pass seems to be the most comfortable pass to do :)
Happy Birthday! I already have the ultimate guide to the pass. My favourite pass as a card control is probably the classic pass because of how reliable it is and because of its speed. If I was using it as a colour change it would probably be the brick pass 2.0.
Thanks for the great tutorial, I think it might be a great idea if you would get a camera that sits on the floor facing up so we can see what you're doing from the under side while you're performing the pass.. This way we can observe from all the angles.. What do you think? I'm trying to learn all the passes you were discussing.. Thanks again..
First of all happy birthday alex❤ I didn't have any favourite pass as i am not good at performing those but i think this spread pass you taught is gonna be my favorite one from now on. Also the pass i don't like the most is probably the classic pass, i mean come on either my fingers are small to turn the top packet or you guys all have wizard hands. Anyway, thanks for the tutorial. Peace ✌
Hey Alex, Happy Birthday.... you got me into magic.... The first video which I saw was your turn over pass....great tutorial as usual.... Can you teach a deck switch tutorial please ???
Double undercut is favorite. But I got some tips from Xavior Spade about relaxing hands and letting gravity help drop top packet into palm that increased my handling of the classic pass.
Happy birthday Alex Pandrea!
Interesting fact: "the spread pass was 1st control i ever learnt and it was from you teaching it on 52kards channel". Still love it trying improve and use the most.
Same!!

Happy birthday 😉 thanks for the perfect explication. 👍 the one hand pass is the most difficult. Still haven’t it figured it out. But I’m learning.
Your turnover pass is the best as I find it the most natural pass and it catches everyone completely by surprise.

I didn't have any favourite pass as i am not good at performing those but i think this spread pass you taught is gonna be my favorite one from now on.
Also the pass i don't like the most is probably the classic pass, i mean come on either my fingers are small to turn the top packet or you guys all have wizard hands.
Anyway, thanks for the tutorial.
Peace ✌
