I just ordered 1 from Amazon. Last year I ordered the Charbroiler Oilless Big Easy, which I was greatly satisfied w/. But I think it's much crisper using oil, & from what I seen & heard, this unit seems like it make turkey frying much easier & safer than using propane. Hopefully it, come before Thanksgiving, if not, I'll have it by Christmas.

Adobo is a mixture of salt, garlic, cumin and other stuff Hispanics/Latinx use for seasoning. I am trying to cut down on butter, garlic 🧄 and salt 🧂. I have a health issue that came up recently. I don’t fry often but this is one thing I do fry once a year. Probably will still use them all but less. I might make my own seasoning as I really need to watch my salt and garlic now.

That's great, but we can't take any chances..also, why spend double the money when you don't have to🤷🏿‍♀️

Inner ready temperature at 165 is too low… I recommend 180-185F… This is your side hustle .?? You made a ton of mistakes, for one I let the injection soak into the turkey over night, also I add seasoning to inside of the turkey as well…. I prefer my method of injecting the turkey vs your method. Also noticed you didn’t inject the back of the turkey… Just some of my pointers… Anyways Keep cooking and always have fun!!!
