Pro-tip, mix all of your spices into a small amount of avocado mayonnaise (don't worry, the mayo won't affect the flavor at all since it's just emulsified avocado oil.) Make a loose paste and then rub that all over the chicken in every nook and cranny. This allows the spices to stick to the skin much better and it also helps crisp up the skin. Another thing I do is melt a stick of butter and add a generous portion of the spices to it and mix well. Next, use a syringe to inject it into the meat all over the chicken including the wings and drums. This makes the juiciest most flavorful chicken with every bite!!! Otherwise, this recipe is perfect!!!! I can't wait to try it!

I actually shifted to this one, after _almost_ buying an outdoor, gas-powered fryer. This one seems more practical, as I can fry other things.. Doughnuts and whatnot.
