Well done, dude. I’ve been benchmarking for a long time and have changed game config files and tinkered around with CODMWII values. Most of the results were minimal, however you pointed out one thing I did not change. I will let you know later today if it works.
I dont get it. I have a 4070 ti, i7-13700kf, 32 gb ddr5 5600 mhz ram, and I get 185 fps on avg. I see poeple with 3080 get 200 fps on avg. how do they do it? I've watched serverel of these videos, but none helps.
@@malikel-wali3319 I play 1440p lowish settings. NO DLSS. Never! I can set my cap at 180 and literally never dip below that in warzone. I consistently stay around 200-220. I mean if i set it to 300. I pulled 300 in gulag. It will bounce around 220-240 ish on warzone. I suggest capping FPS to reduce stuttering. 200 is about what i CAP or 180. Multiplayer i Cap at my 240hz display. It doesn't move. I have done some heavy optimizations id say tho. Not heavy but many. I just need to get my B die ram again and it will keep the lows way better.
I've done some of "Software & Hardware Solutions" dudes steps but he does not mention the "read only" option. Are you sure it will not make any changes?
I see some comments about this in here. Perhaps it's not needed anymore. I prefer it ticked regardless since I seem to be a "changing settings sleep walker"
Ryzen 9 5900x with 3090 - went from 220 FPS to 249 in MP and 280 FPS in WZ. Granted I didn't use all of your exact settings, I'm good with the FPS/Quality mix I prefer to use and even only using some of your tricks, I still had solid improvement. Thank you!
@@brzozx7651 Those are just averages. If you have MP, I’d tinker with settings set on low and adjust your filtering until the bench mark results are where you want thrm. Granted they can and will fluctuate depending on your specific quality / performance blend, but at least you can see where you’re bottlenecking. I’m not 100% sure if those results translate much to actually playing but when you tinker you definitely see a difference.

Hardware accelerated gpu scheduling somehow doesn't work well with warzone 2.0 it causes more crashes and game stutters so we have to wait for the fix until then we need to turn it off

Set your spot cache to ULTRA because it won't download cache everytime over and over again it's gonna be ready. It's the same option you put 100 gb in nvidia control panel
Ok so I'm using a laptop RTX 3050 ti, I disabled gpu hardware schedule, put spot cache to ultra + cooler, External monitor n Turbo mode (performance force) I get like 140 fps and the laptop keeps it cool, I am not sure if spot cache improves fps at any cost. But thanks!
@@davehedgehog9795 try disabling the hardware accelerated scheduling option. It works great for me but I’ve seen in the comments that this could cause problems for some. Also if you are on AMD skip the “async compute” part!
Ive got a 3080 and a 10700k OCd at 5.2ghz and i only see like 60-80fps in the main menu lol idk what then hell is wrong with my system. Its not some rinky dink build either and i know what im doing for the most part 😭

You will only see around 120-130 max with 1440p using a 3060. Unfortunately they were made for 1080p. I have a 3060 and im running with similiar settings stated in the video and maxing at 170 fps, with 1% lows at 110. I would use DLSS with 1440p. Run it on balanced at 60 on slider.

@@OGHomeBoy00 Almost everything just not the part at 1:16 with CPU cores cuz I'm not sure. My Power Options are on AMD Ryzen Balanced. I run the game at ~100fps, it's smooth, can't get more anyways I have RTX 3600. Playing and recording at the same time works perfectly fine for me.
Another tip if your on a 8core cpu put your renderworker count to 5-4 trust me on this been testing if for month now and get way better results on 5-4 4 is more stable only if u have 8cores for each
I have yet to test these out but I also heard changing the clutter and A sync helps. I might not bothering changing the render worker count, never seem to make a difference for me. I just upgraded my cpu from a ryzen 5 2600x to a ryzen 7 5700x. I got it pretty cheap so it was worth it. I mean I have seen a bunch of videos about it, bringing up task manager and watching the load on the cores ect for the render count. I just deleted the file when I got my new cpu and it auto set it to 7 cause this new cpu has 8 cores and 16 threads. I will test the clutter and async out, I know it made me lag worse on Halo when I enabled A sync compute. I just want this game to run stable it used to hitch hard on the ryzen 5 2600x but its a lot less noticeable now with this new one. I still have to update my gpu but I have seen others running the same gpu smooth as butter so it was a cpu related issue plus this game.

I have always had stutters in games after a year, some big some small. I have tested another gpu I own a gtx950 which has no stutters at all just really low fps in games. So I think it is my gpu.
@@Slush06 Yeah it could be driver related too. I am not sure honestly but when I play apex I like never stutter. I keep my temps low too so its not a temp issue either.
RendererWorkerCount is the most important setting in the config, the others are completely useless unless you're using very old hardware. RWC however can be the difference between unplayable and perfectly smooth gameplay. You don't need to watch task manager utilization or anything like that. You can just monitor framerates with Afterburner. It'll show averages, 1% lows etc. or the easiest option if you have the full game is to just run the benchmark and see how the CPU fps numbers change with different RWC values.

This will help in your lows 1% FPS , which are very important. Max FPS is not what only want. Higher lows FPS avoid stutterings unless you turn on vsync (as it's waiting for the frame.. and waiting = latency). Your 1% lows should never drop below your monitor VRR specs and closer to your max HZ-wise, the better. So if you have a 144hz monitor, try to hit 144fps in your 1% lows. The 4090 with proper DDR4 B-DIE tweaked properly, you should expect 200fps to 230fps at 4K and your 1% low around 130fps, which is perfect example to play on an LG OLED C9, CX... if you shoot for 1440p, you can pass the 300fps marks and for the 1% low to get closed to 200fps. No DLSS crap and of course using an Intel CPU with as many performance cores as you can. Anything from the 9900k to 13900k.
@attursson Want even better fidelity and 20 frames more? For Nvidia users... In-game set DLSS to performance PLUS a secret trick which no one talks about... Put on DSR from the Nvidia control panel. Set the factor to 1.78 with smoothness at 33%. Look at the resolution in brackets and make note of this. In-game, go to resolution and set it to that from the DSR value in brackets you noted above. Game runs in 4k and looks amazing. No noise / fuzziness on operator or loot and you can see across the map. Done benchmark tests before and after and in general I lost about 15 frames on AVG. DLSS on its own renders around 20 frames more, and DSR brings it back down. Tradeoff is more than worth it.

You don't need to make .cfg read-only, warzone doesn't change whole settings file when you change something. NVIDIA Reflex is one of the best features ever implemented in games and therefore should be always ON, if you are cpu bound then +BOOST. Don't change AsyncCompute to false on AMD Cards, it lowers and makes fps unstable. It doesn't even work on Battlenet.... The game will always run with D3D12. WZ1 allowed downgrade not WZ2.
Most videos I've seen said to turn off Hardware Accelerated GPU for this game.

It has to be turned off for this game, you are right. You will gain more FPS if you have an Intel CPU paired with an RTX 30xx or 40xx series

if you have AMD the "async compute" part might make it worse. Try reverting this if this is the case

Appreciate the extra commands! I might try some of them. Particle lightning quality however needs to be max quality for me or I can't see some things correctly.
Tbh iv tried all of this. I works for a few matches then I goes to shit again. The game just runs badly. Iv given up with the game. Iv got a high end rig too BTW.
If my frames randomly drops I drag the memory scale down to 50 and then up to 90 again which instantly fixes it
