No matter how much we change these settings the game isn’t optimised enough. If consoles are getting 120 fps at all times in Al Mazrah and us with high end pc’s struggling to get a stable 120 there’s a problem
What are your rig specs? I'm getting 120+ fps (120 being the lower value) while playing WZ with 3070 Ti and Ryzen 7 5800x
Using highest performance and visibility Settings of course
Getting 200 stable fps with 5800x3d and 6900xt.
Im getting 170-220 off stream with 3080 ti & 5900x
Running gtx 1080 i72600k and get 40 fps with lowest settings. Is it my rig or the game?
I’d just like to say these settings have taken every bit of film grain I had away and the game now looks absolutely awesome.
Thank you so much 👍🏻👍🏻
Brilliant run through, thank you for your effort in explaining this :) A before and after FPS in-game comparison next time would be the cherry on top
Bro this is super helpful - Rather than just blindly telling us the settings to use, giving us a bit of context is really appreciated!
A fair bit of what he said is actually
Pretty wrong
@@TeamBloodthirstyplease make your own video then pls. And what was he wrong about
@@1buddy Anistropic Filtering set it to x4 for the best fps
Appreciate the video! I messed around with the in-game settings a lot, but i totally forgot about NVIDIA control panel
Between this and the in game settings guide I went from 50 fps to 75-80. The graphics also just look more consistent, even if quality is a little lower.
Thank you for giving all of the settings as well as the explanation behind the setting choice as well!
super informative!! loving the explanations as to why we should or shouldn't.
Out of curiosity, for a game that is limited by the CPU and generally struggles to maintain high FPS (Example: Guild Wars 2), how would you best set it up? Enable G-Sync? Then what do you do for FPS? Put a limit FPS of like 60? Or do you cap it at 237 and let it rip down to low fps in massive fights with enormous amount of players? As the GPU never maxes out, do you then turn on low latency mode or is it best left off?
I literally am going thru this too
Thanks for this video. Really stepped up my game performance and understanding.
I have whisper mode in and set to 60fps in program settings but it’s locked at the default 40 fps in game even tho my in game fps is set to unlimited. I’ve done the same for mw/wz1 and it works, I get a consistent 60fps just doesn’t seem to work for the new game. Any help from anyone would be much appreciated 🙏
Thank you, finally someone who knows to switch low latency mode off when reflex is avaliable
thank you i been watching everything you do
Easily the most comprehensive set of videos on this topic! Well done
Fantastic video brother! Thank you for putting in the work and making a quality indepth video!
Would have loved a performance demonstration of before and after. 😅
Question to anyone who could help. I got an Alienware M15 R6 earlier this year, and what a wake up call it's been. However, I've become somewhat confused. Predominantly, I'm looking for good gaming performance. I'm seeing conflicting reports, differing opinions on advanced optimus, what should I be doing with it? Turning it on or off? If it's off, all those options in nvidia control panel this gentleman in the video is showing are all present. 3d settings, display and video. If I turn advanced optimus on, Then the nvidia control panel I literally only see 3d settings? Is that right?
Good stuff!
great guy great job thanks a lot man keep doing what u doing 👊🏻
Thanks man!
Thank you so much man, just one question. On Power Management Mode, Would I choose Adaptive, or Optimal Power since I don't have normal?
Optimal Power :)
@@FourEyesGames Thanks man 😁

@@FourEyesGames Yes, i was looking for that comment, thank you both!
tysm this helped a lot
Great breakdown of the settings. Thank you
Best thing to do with the nvidea control panel settings is set it to quality and turn low latency on ultra and that's it, you can do a few other tweaks in other settings for your own preference but I've always found it works best this way
Great video man. got me a 15 frame boost 👍🏽👍🏽
I get a lot of game lag and loosing fps when streaming with rtx 3070 playing warzone, do you have any recommendation for that? can I have maybe another but weaker card just for obs?
Thanks broo keep it up
Thank you so much!! These settings have helped my warzone FPS massively!! thanks again mate!!
Glad I could help!
thx for the help my man
but .... what version of nvidia driver or control panel is this? because mine is completely different, for example i don't have that "background application max frame rate" and "ambient occlusion" either ..... im on 527.37 drivers via geforce experience
Thanks bro for your video
Great video! Thanks!
Amazing tweaks thanks for that bro
Great job lad
Thank you sir!
Thanks!
Hey man great video!
appreciate you bro subbed forsure
Vr pre rendered frames isn't a VR feature. It controls the number of frames buffered by the CPU before sending them to the GPU. It's a very useful setting to modify if your CPU/GPU are bottlenecking one another.
Interesting... So what's your recommendation?
wrong you are talking about another pre rendered frame option, got remove and called low latency now . vr pre rendered is for vr
Best video 🔥 🔥..thanks broo
everything works great except for when i am shooting someone the hit markers are showing wild colors also when i ping anything or go into my loot bag it shows all kinds of different colors any help on what i could adjust ?
Didnt expect anything but Im actually on +20fps, thank you!
Most people think these settings do nothing. But small improvements like that are so crucial
Thanks man! I already changed the in game settings and NVIDIA's but my game is static at 60fps... literally it does not go more or less than 60. Is there a settng to change that? I run a 1660 ti
Regardless of my previous comment, this video (And the one that linked me to this) were both incredibly helpful! That's a sub and like from me! :)
@FourEyes or anyone else who may have encountered this issue...I made these changes, and now for some reason, my fps dropped down but only in the main Warzone map. Even in the gulag or the plane before dropping it is between 180-200 fps which is my typical fps. As soon as I am on the main map, it goes to 150-160 fps which never happened before. I set everything back to default, and it seems like the changes to notepad didn't save, but it didn't change the fps back. Not sure what I am missing to revert back to 180-200 fps everywhere. I already had most of these settings from your previous video but made some of the newer changes.
found any solution?
i love you thanks for boosting my fps from 60 to 90
Killer video... Keep up the great content brother. I love that you explain all your settings. Well done!!
What graphics cars do you have? Or it doesn’t matter? I feel like some of these settings you provide can chew up on peoples gpus..
shall i restore my global settings back to default ? as i tweaked a few thigs when the game first came out ?
For me at Power Management modes it says adaptive , optimal power and prefer maximum performance, which one is riight?
Thank you for the guidance. Are you using the latest nvidia driver?
Thank you for the video! What are your thoughts on G-Sync settings?
Thanks for this video 😍🥰😘😘🥰😍🥰
Hi after I followed all the steps in your video my modern warfare II won't start on PC. Every time I start the game it exists out and my monitor is titled "HDMI", could you please help me with this?
Bro in the Power Management Mode i only have four options: Optimal Power, Adaptive, Prefer maximum performance, controlled by NVIDIA driver, prefer uniform performance. Which of these five options should I choose? I don't have the normal option. How can I activate the normal option?
Optimal Power = Normal
There's an Ultimate Performance setting too, but you have to enable it through a Windows hack.
yo man thanks for this i hope it helps my game. getting 60FPS on an RTX 2080 is no good
😎🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌THIS IS A GAME CHANGER! THANKS MANNNN!!
if our monitor is capped at 144 n not 1440p should we still copy these settings and the in game ones in the other video??
nice man
Hey i dont have an option "Normal" in power management mode. Should i put it on Adaptive?
optimal power
TY
I love You Tube and the way one can learn how to do thing via post such as your's. The issue I'm having as complet novice of gaming in general is while you state what you do. Someone else makes a video showing other settings than your's. Trying them all, I do see an improvement, but then I've no idea which is actually better.
what do you set the new (monitor technolagy) setting to ?
you deserve more followers thanks for the content
how do i activate Fidtely FY cas cvuz i cant get it to work rvy time i select it it wont work i did fiiwlor your program settings maybe i need somezhing else to chancge to make it work i have the same gps as you 3070 TUF
oww man thanks for this you solve my problem wth im crying dude
extremely helpful stuff
hade a huge issue with my base game at 140 fps and warzone at 80 fps
much more even framerate now between the two
Awesome! Be sure to like and sub 👍😊
In my control panel i don't have a Video or Display section, do i need to enable it somewhere?
Bruh. Thank you😊😊😊😊
ah thanks man
for some reason the vsync was activated , it might be y i got so terrible performence even tho im running a medium/high end pc
Hello, My Power Management Mode does not have "Normal. It has 1. Use Global Setting (Optimal Power) 2. Optimal Power 3. Adaptive and 4. Prefer Maximum Performance.
Should I select Optimal Power or Adaptive?
Thank you!
Adaptive is the same as normal 😊
The refresh rate is clutch, was playing for so long without it
1:31 I really love your content bro it makes my day better
i cannot get call of duty hq, mw2 nothing to come up for program settings just finding the launcher in program files x86 but thats not what your shows
gtx 1650 low latency mode off or ultra? in your and kirneill's video it is off and only changed in game.
what is better for less input lag?
ultra but disable fullscreen opt and high dpi
also if u have the ability use nvida reflex
this boost my FPS from 130-140 to 140-160. I can notice 10-15 FPS more than before.
how bro? what kind of gpu cpu and how many ram u got??
I have one named ''Moniter technology'' i can choose g-sync compatible or fixed refresh - Mine is just below ''max frame rate'' what should i choose there?
i have the same issue idk what to pick
thx so much man my fps went from 60 to 78
idk what it is but after try
ong this and the settings for in the game i notice that i went down alot im running a 1080 11gb and amdfx 8350
Idk if I have the right cod file added. I can only find "call of duty launcher . exe" is this gonna work?
for the antialiasing - transparency setting, it doesn't let me change it
muito bem explicado! parabéns 👏👏👏👏👏👏 obrigado
i did this and it works great but i’m stuttering every game then it gets back right.. what do i need to do??
i dont have a normal power setting.... optimal power, adaptive, max performance, consistent performance, and nvidia drive controlled. what should i use?
I have the gtx 1050 ti 4gb and it has more than 15-20 FPS UP thanks a lot💥
So question... Did this help anyone fps... Just wanting to know before I got though the trouble of doing it.... Btw his video on in-game setting for MW2 raised my fps by 30.. went from Abt 170 fps to a little over 200fps now. It worth the check out
It's really not a long process. It's definitely worth trying
jsyk if you set antistrophic filtering to 16x on older gpus it can hinder performance as ive tested this setting on many games, and on games with high res lods in the distance yes it surely can kill performance
2060 too old to put on 16x?
@@mikehunt3592 no thats a good card , id say anything older than a 1050 ti can have issues on modern games
aslong as your in 1080p it should be fine but only way to know for sure is to try
in power management mode I will never usage normal/optimal that make my overklocks unstable and performance mode is way to go for oc for me.
My power management mode doesn't have a "Normal" setting but has "Adaptive" in it's place. Should I use that?
yes same as normal in rtx series
I'm new to pc gaming. I've got a 3090ti. I'm running your settings both in game and the NVIDIA panel. I appreciate the video as it most certainly helped! I'm just curious.. I'm getting around 170 to to 180fps on Warzone 2.0.. does that seem about right?
what resolution u using?
@@ItsKroov 1440p
@@kibeomsung1555 thanks for the advice!
@@mckindo64 I don't recommend overclocking your stuff. It could really damage your GPU or CPU.
@@CMocha08 Fortunately.. I wouldn't know where to start.
This all depends what PC specs you use. These videos are useless unless you are using the same computer he is using.
It won't let me select the Image Scaling on my PC to turn to off. Is there a reason why?
Is it safe to update to new Nvidia driver 526.47 because I'm switch over to the 522.25 from your last video?
Yes 🤩
Any crash issues??! I got a 3080 and air strikes freeze and crash my game in warzone
One thing this guy got wrong, alot of people are using Gsync and Gsync compatible monitors for this game because of the frame drops, you want to turn ON Vsync in the control panel if you’re using Gsync, but keep Vsync off in the game settings. Its been better this way for almost every cod and most other newer games.
Cap don’t listen to this guy
@@ulisesreyes3566 Bugz is correct. This is exactly what you do. Vync in control panel, off in game. Then again you said "cap" so you are 12 and probably are planing on ps4.
@@radicalturkey vsync causes input lag a lot of it which is what you don’t want in COD that’s why no one uses it. I have a 3070 actually and ur probably brain dead
Absolutely correct!! Vsync should be on in NCP if you have a Gsync monitor and is using it, and off in the game.
Also, anyone suggesting "Prefer maximum performance" for power mode, or "Allow" for Negative LOD Bias, has no idea what they're talking about. Bravo to this video!
@@DubboU I knew everything except the allow part..clamp gives me input lag but allow doesn’t. It’s like it’s this guy’s signature, every single graphic settings video this guy puts out is the same settings and he loves that 16x with clamp and I’ve been told not to do that. It barely looks better and the response time or input lag gets worse almost like if you just use regular Vsync.
Thumbs up F/E
I turn off g sync and v sync. Also disabled p states with nvidia profile inspector gained 30 fps in my .01 % lows with a 3090. You should use something like cap frame x to show results
I have 3090 bro I just got 130fps .put settings here 😅
@@zambranogaming check my last video
gsync diffrents in work for diffrents pannel and monitor. just know wich settings of your monitor is the best latency
Gsync is gimmicky. I have a Gsync monitor and I never use the feature.
Are you sure the i need to change low latency mode to off on nvidia control panel?
Can you make a video a bout ADM panal plz
After this I have weird pixels and colours. Could be shadders
What should I do?
