I don't think you can get a work visa in japan as a truck driver. Perhpas with at least bachelors degree, but still probably that wouldn't qualify you to get one. Maybe mr TKO can explain that to you.

Ja para ser carreteiro é a categoria E. No Japão tem como traduzir a carteira de habilitação para dirigir no Japão ao ir morar no país mesmo através de intercâmbio? one of the most difficult things here in Japan for those driving on the road are definitely the tiny streets.

Muitos brasileiros no Japão também dirigem caminhões. Eles estão trocando carteiras de motorista estrangeiras no Japão.
Antigamente era muito fácil traduzir a carteira, hj em dia ficou mais difícil por conta dos acidentes envolvendo estrangeiros.
