What a superb bus ride..and notice how clean the city streets..orderliness and cleanliness defines Japan and yes how amazing they keep the natural ambiance of their surroundings, Japanese gardens are tops.
My first time in Japan I chose a night bus from Tokyo to Kyoto, was impressed by the organization and the attention to details and timing, I got me few snack and put a lofi Playlist and enjoyed the ride.
Thank you for this lovely trip! I really love bus rides, but I've never been on a double decker like that. The idea of being able to curtain off your area is amazing!
Hi, Charles! Thanks for your comment and watching❤️ I'm really glad that you like it and I hope my videos will be able to help you make future travel plans in Japan
What a great travelog this was. Japan is such a clean and well organised nation compared to my own. Clean. Tidy. Respectful people. Yes, of course it has issues as does everywhere on our planet but they pale into the ether in comparison to ours. Thank you for posting. Great insight into this amazing country.
These countries are so clean and orderly in every aspect. How do they do it? It's across the board clean orderly and safe as can be! The food is just as awesome at every stop. The bus is so clean organized and safe for everyone. They respect tourist in every place. 😉🤑😉
Great trip. Even though I have watched similar trip like this, I've never boring watch this. Something I can get from many bus trip in Japan are: Bus always starting and ending its journey at Railway Stations. Plenty narrow section like lower bridge, narrow toll gate, and narrow interchange. Bus stop at Highway. Multiple rest stop with shorter duration time. Always obeying the speed limit and traffic rules.
Hi, Alan! Thanks always for watching my latest video and your comment! I always try to capture every bit of my travel experiences and I'm glad that you notice and give comments to some of them🤗
The coach you travelled on is a Van Hool TDX24, built in Belgium. It's actually a smaller version (lower and shorter) of the European TDX25 and TDX27. It was purpose-built for the Japanese market, so it would fit under the bridges, which are lower than in Europe.
I knew it, while in europe you get up to 15 metres long and about 4.2 metres high but in japan or any asia country you only get 12 metres long and max 4 metres high, yes it's depends on passenger specification @travelgeek @Nico V
Nice landscapes, but what I enjoy the most on your travels is how people are so considerate and respectful. Buses or trains are so quiet ! In France most of the time, it's noisy and travels can get quite annoying because of that. Japan seems quite unique on that point (among other things 🙂)
The last trains in Japan can also be noisy but I like it. It's okay to be noisy on a weekend night on the train but yeah, if on Monday morning someone is just loud, that sucks.
I am Shashin from Rajkot, India. It is our utmost desire to see Japan once in our life. Wow! It was exciting traveling in Japan through your video presentation. The video presentation was superb like I myself was traveling in Double Decker Bus with you. Bus is extraordinary fabulous. After all it's the presentation and Pride of Japan the most technologically advanced country. Really, this is not an exaggeration, but definately appreciative. Though, India is stepping forward to establishing modernization. We love to see our PM Mr. Modi with Your late president Abe Sinzo, sorry to miss him for better relationships of two lovely countries of our World. Anyways, thank you so much to presenting this video. Namaste and Sayo Nara... "Aavajo" in India.
It’s good I saw your very helpful video before I buy my JR pass! Planning to visit Japan on my own for 14 days. Earlier YT videos show night travels, Thanks for letting us know that there are also bus travels as well. Good Job!
I experienced an 8 hr travel on the bus from Narita Airport to Ohama that was long time ago…together with the other trainees .. our company here in the Philippines sent us there in Japan for a 6 mos. training to learn on how to make a wiring harness for cars… it was a long travel but it was fun … i really missed Japan , hope that i could go back for a short vacation …
It's always nice to see how clean the highways are in Japan, even in the urban areas. And the people on the bus are so considerate. In New York it would sound like a millions of people talking on the bus. There is no privacy here. It's chaos. The rest stops looks nice too.
In my opinion you should get more views and subscriptions, I keep my fingers crossed for the development of the channel because you really do a great job!
You are progressing nicely in communicating what it is you want us understand plus the other way around: you are becoming more proficient at knowing what we want you to know I can imagine the difficulties present themselves sometimes because I too have obstacles in the way translating emotions and how certain phrases are versed in the Japanese language The importance is well worth the trying isn’t it “Seek First to understand, than to be understood”
Just finished watching Itsuka Japan's video of this same bus line going from Osaka to Tokyo, so when I spotted your video going the opposite direction, I was like "Yeah I gotta watch this!"😄
Don’t forget about the rampant racism. It’s always overshadowed by the food, anime, and peoples’ fascination with the Japanese. Their ultra-conservative culture has led to the social problems they see today and the huge economic problems they’ll see in the very near future. But, yeah, let’s keep talking about how clean it is.
@@cwg73160 Mucha gente va a Japon creyendo que es como los animes y es un error que cometen por no ver la realidad ,si van de vacaciones a japon tienen que estar consciente de eso
Comments from a Thai person, beautiful route, very nice that there are stops to rest, and bus toilet looks clean, really impressed. Also like the sign of time for bus to leave.
There is no better seat on a double decked bus than at the top front. You can see right ahead and you're up high. Best place as a kid - Even better as an adult!
The scenery was great, it remembers me the trips from Spain to Germany or to Italy because the green landscapes. Well, the prices and fares are OK and not very expensive. Luckily there's not a chaos in the bus, those curtains are nice and I like that seats.
Thanks again for another great trip! The mountains look beautiful. And I want to try some of that icecream ☺ a few more and I'll be caught back up. Hopefully 1 or 2 more tonight, then one left. All your videos are great and I'm especially looking forward to the private room bus ride. See you later tonight 😁
Hello hello Slappin😄 I'm always grateful to you for watching every single of my videos and enjoying it. I'm right now making one more bus trip which must be a lot fun to watch :)

I love Japanese highways They’re very similar to ours here in Pittsburgh, PA That is where I am from but I live in a nearby city less than an hour away from Pittsburgh now for just about 7-8 years Thank you for asking
Lovely to see polite and friendly people, showing respect for their fellow passengers for not talking so loud on their phones. Brilliant thank you
Japan travel Blogs are the best
No background songs, just pure serenity of the surrounding noises
Yeah, the white noise gives you an idea of what the sound of the trip would be like.
i agree!
Well said! It's so relaxing and informative. Simple is wisdom and timeless art. Shouting is cover up of no knowledge

Обожаю японскую чистоту повсюду и потрясающую природу
Даа, в рашке одни гопники,и везде мусора
Скучно, смотреть не на что, природа где-то далеко за ограждениями. Особенно печалит низкая скорость на магистрали. Скучно!

Interesting 9 hour bus trip from Tokyo to Osaka. I wish I could be on also. Good video.
