Harvesting Herbs - Lemon Thyme

Our incredible edible sites at Battery Place, Chapelhill and High Street, Rothesay, Isle of Bute - all have herbs growing in them. Apart from the wonderful fragrances they bring to the spaces, they provide fantastic ingredients for seasonal cooking.
