Mitch dude! I used to spend ages watching this fantastic dude teaching me GoPro tips and tricks on his amazing UA-cam channel. Now I've gone looking for tips to freshen up my Vespa LX and lo and behold...it's you again dude!! Just how bloody fantastically awesome are you!! Thank you so much!
i guess im asking randomly but does any of you know a tool to log back into an instagram account..? I stupidly lost my account password. I appreciate any tips you can give me!
@Micah Kabir i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff atm. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Scooterwest sells an LED kit that is plug and play and doesn't involve any rigging. Just installed it and was a lot easier than this looks. (Your videos are awesome, btw! Was able to finally replace my dash clock battery thanks to you!)
I'm riding a Paiggio Liberty 150, but still like watching your vids! Keep up the great work. Don't need a bulb yet, but when I do, I'll certainly give it a shot. I bought a tool on your site, thanks!
@@MitchsScooterStuff I also have a Liberty 150 (two actually) and it drives me crazy that the headlight is different than the side lights. Would this video apply to the Liberty? Same process, parts, etc.?
FYI, there are two tabs that need to be popped on both sides of the headset at around the 1:43 mark. They are broken on the headset in the video and it’s why the front of the headset can be removed by just pulling on it. They are a royal PITA the first couple times. You have to kind of push the front and back headset pieces apart then slide a flat screwdriver in to pop the tab out.
Have you considered upgrading the dash warning bulbs to LED also so they're brighter? I'd really like to see the high beam one better during the day as I run it for better visibility...
Aqui no Sul do Brasil as pessoas estão começando a descobrir o prazer de ter uma Scooter, assistindo seus vídeos, já estou prestes a comprar uma Yamaha Neo 125.
How would I get more power for uphill climbs on my vespa 150 2001. I want to ride off road in the mountains... I want to ride poli poli. And the grade on more then one part is very steep I'm about 300lbs. It use to do haleakala well enough to go to the top.
Excellent video. I have a 2007 LX 50 4T is there a way to convert it so the lights come on when I turn on the key. The lights only come on when the engine in running, which I think means the lights are powered by the stator while the engine is running.
Hey, your LX should have DC system like but it's AC... weird... this Vespa in the video is 2007 too. I'm working on a setup to convert AC to DC for my Vino... little tough
Hey, does your ET2 headlight come on with key turn on without engine? If so, not sure if LED will work... but I am working on how to do AC to DC converter
@@MitchsScooterStuff My 2t et2 Vespa headlight comes on only when the engine is running. Is this the same scenario on your purple LX, Headlight w/engine on only?
The problem with those led headlight bulbs is the fan. when that fan goes up, and it will, the bulb will die. It already didn't sound great in the video. You could hear it vibrating when turning. Better off with a high quality halogen.
Youre a boss Mitch, have been following you for two scooters already. Had the Piaggio New fly first and now just bought the lx. Glad that I can still lean on your video’s! I saw that you’re headlight already turned on by switching the key. Mine only turns on when the motor starts. Why is that? Could you maybe also do a video on your led daytime running lights? Love them 😍
That's awesome T! Ahh it sounds like your LX is AC.... the purple one on the video is DC.... LED works great with DC but not AC :( ... I am working on how to do AC to DC converter... Yes I have a video about daytime running lights! Glad you asked about it... I forgot I have video that I need to edit to share! 😄🤙🏼
Hey Mitch another great vid brother! I found an older Honda Elite an 87 with 3700 original miles on it it’s clean never dropped what’s a good price to offer for it? Thanks Bud!
@@MitchsScooterStuff It is a 250 Elite starting at $2200 says make offers. It looks really clean but nada says like new 1100-1200 good $850. I just sold my DR 650 Suzuki and my Harley. Just to have something to play with and scoot around town that’s what I’m looking at. Thank you for your input Mitch I value your opinion
Hi Mitch, I think you made mis-procedure. The correct procedure is, after you put the black & the white socket, it should followed by putting the rubber seal before the LED bulb itself. So you don't need to cut the rubber seal. Cmiiw.

@Kase Jaziel Why the hell you'd want to do that? Is she cheating on you?
So what was the box bit you put on after the rubber cover?

I'd love to see a NA to Euro turnsignal conversion similar to this :) Thanks for sharing!

Can u suggest good led light for vespa vxl 125cc
I thought it has led in the headlight already?
how to adjust the light height properly using the phillips screw?
It seems that the low beam are mounted aside instead of upwards? In darkness it would be hard to see the road I guess.
Ciao Mitch, sai come posso mettere delle lampadine a led sul mio SR 50 Aprilia del 1994?
Mitch, shell out for plastic trim remover tool, bro. Great videos, thanks.

Led bulb in description box

Nope, don’t need to for this model LX
