This feral cat just survived 22" of rain

Hadn't seen Cowboy before and during that wicked week of rain (22" in one day! but he has returned. This cat has had one helluva time surviving the Christmas Weekend Freeze of 2022, the Once-in-a-Thousand-Years rain event the following April, October 2023 rain event that pretty much did Cee-Cee in, oh, November 2023's extreme rain event where I unsuccessfully tried to trap GK to bring her inside then May 2024 held the hottest temperatures ever recorded. Last week was insane but he survived it all... living outdoors. Please pray for these homeless furry little felines.
