Hi) I've saved it to rewatch again🥰I have very tight foundation brush I suppose this is also bad thing? Can very tight foundation brush leave stripes on face?
omg, thank you so much for this video 😭😭 even tho i am not a beginner, i almost know NOTHING about brushes, like, i have 1 for powdery products, and 3 brushes for eyeshadows, that's all ToT
What are your thoughts on ecotools precious metals. Cheek and eye highlight set? I don’t want to buy a set of too many unnecessary brushes. I thought this is a great set.
A video on the difference between applying makeup with fingers versus brushes would be great! All I know is that powder is better with brushes and cream based products are best with fingers but maybe there is more to this!
I'm 22 and Idk anything about makeup. I wanted to learn how to do makeup. then I get more confused cause idk how to find my skintone and now I'm learning about brushes 😂😂😂😂
Hi Haley! Happy to see you uploading a new video! I think flat foundation brushes are for some very runny liquid-y liquid foundations. Buffing brushes are for creamy foundation with thicker texture.
Exactly! When I use a liquidy glow foundation I would go for a flat one and when I use a more high coverage product I would go for the buffing brush too.
Tip: Never buy brushes with a silicone/rubber handle! Over time time it will degrade and become sticky. I will never buy those types of Real Techniques brushes again!
Thank you for this video. I am currently using Sephora makeup sponges but would like to try using brushes. There are so many individual brushes and sets at so many price points. I didn’t know where to start. I will check out these recommendations
Ms. Haley, is there a right way to use exfoliants/exfoliating products? If so could you do a video on that. Or maybe a night time routine? I love your videos and how you explain the process/techniques thoughtfully and thoroughly! Love you! 💜
Thank u so much 💞 Haley..I remember you asked us on Instagram what video we would like to see! And I told u that I really wanted to start from the basic by learning abt the type of brush to use ... Really, its so amazing that u listen to us and post us amazing content 💞Always look forward to ur vds 🫂✨💞
What was the flatter blush brush you used? I have the Real Techniques one but want to try that flatter shape I see a lot of KBeauty UA-camrs use. Thanks!
mac 197S but its out of stock many kbeauty youtubers use the picasso fb20 foundation brush, which has a similar thin foundation application but just different shape it is currently $52 on the oliveyoung but im trying to find a cheaper dupe 😢

Hi Haley! Would you mind editing the links for all the brushes? None of the links work for me :(
Hi Kirsty! I have checked and it works well :( Can you try again please?
@Julien Sonar thanks! I also figured out they work on PC when the extra weird characters at the end of the links are taken out!

Swear by the real techniques buffing brush, it also comes in a mini size (shorter handle, still full size brush) super handy to keep in the bag 😊
Great tip! Glad you like the brush too hehe
Yeah I have it! It’s the exact same 😊

I tried the link you gave for the Too Cool for School brush and it would not add it to cart. Am I doing something wrong or is the site messed up?
It might be because you don’t have an account for the website. Not sure though.
@@skj2472 I already had set up an account and it still didn't work. Thanks for the suggestion though.
@Julien Sonar thanks so much!!! I will try that way.
