- We faced a minor issue with Gurkha when we started our journey from Udupi to Goa and by the grace of Bappa, it got solved immediately! The love for Gurkha and Force Motors have doubled by this experience and we are so glad we chose this car!!!! Can’t wait to do more and more adventures in it!

@ChicAshAdventures I happened to chance upon your channel while researching the Gurkha, but stayed on for the roadtrips you do. Your pets are indeed adorable! Following your journey through coastal Karnataka; brings back many wonderful memories. I also noticed, you moved to the Gurkha after having owned and made memories with a Duster. If I may ask, how does the Gurkha feel and behave in comparison to the Duster? A Duster owner myself, I have been actively considering the Gurkha, as I can't seem to find anything else south of 20 Lacs as a suitable upgrade.
Thank you :), Well after making tons of memories in our beloved Duster (Dogster as we called it) it was a really tough decision as what to upgrade to. What would match the great ride quality of the Duster (the trend starter of the monocoque midsize segment in India). Our dad was keen on 4*4 or atleast a rear wheel drive since we mostly drive only during our holidays and love going to the mountains. We shortlisted a few vehicles that would meet our budget and requirement and most important would be our comfort level. The Gurkha ticked all the checkboxes and we are absolutely loving it. Despite having a ladder-frame architecture and having earned the name of one of the most capable offroarder it is very comfortable to drive and has a great suspension setup. For us it is proving to be a good upgrade from the Duster.

You can consider keeping a WD-40 spray can in your dash, always helps for quick fix of lubricating (not a long term fix) and will be great when you have rusted/over tightened bolts. Not for wheel lug nuts, if you do have to use, best to wipe it off before refitting the tyres.

Hi. Chanced upon your videos as I was researching on pet friendly places enroute Mumbai to Mangalore . We are are travelling by road from Mumbai to Mangalore first time with our pet. Although we have travelled by road umpteen number of times on the very stretch, this is our first with our fur friend. Was wondering if you could suggest some pet friendly places on the way . Would really appreciate it. Thanks is advance .
PS: The fruit that you had is the Tadgola. Naturals Icecream has a Tadgola Sunday which you could try if you are here sometime. It's Yumm!
Yea, got to know later from IG family that it’s Tadgola… next time we are there, will definitely try the ice cream :) we haven’t travelled much down south… this Karnataka road trip is the first we took, so you can check the playlist to see the places we stayed in… otherwise don’t have a tried and tested places that we can suggest :) happy travels :)
How many kilometres you have driven. Sis you face ny diesel leakage issue?
Have driven it 4500km till now (in two months). Haven't faced any other issue yet besides the clutch one.
@@vijendrasuryawanshi6170 Thank You. In one video I hav seen diesel leakage from diesel pump at the front.I aam planning to buy one. So I am asking every Gurkha owner to know is that common or rare issue. Thank you for sharing.🙋
You will find mixed reviews as with any other vehicle. This particular one BS6 will be discontinued soon. The company is going to launch a new one that will comply with the BS6 phase 2 norms. It will be different than this one power, ground clearance etc wise.
