I own a lot of these and can attest the company Theory is collaborating with for these hilts makes very solid, durable replica hilts and the neopixels have comes such a long way for taking punishment while functioning at a high level. The hilt details will break before the blade does, as shown in this video! Great stuff.

tried that against a fully tempered full tang high carbon steel Katana... it only got lodged into the blade about an 1/8" took quite a few swings to finally cut through it.

1:40 looking for pieces post a battle would be such a good down time exposition dump type scene for a future show. A post battle like debrief in the middle of looking for lightsavers so they didnt leave things behind for people. Idk , super realistic. Darn you lesley!
With all that said i still wouldn't recommend full contact dueling. It may only break 10% or 5% of the time but its still expensive to replace. I own 4 pixel sabers and 6 Base lit sabers. Im not willing to risk damaging my pixel sabers. Aside from that base lit blade are much lighter and easier to do twirls and flurishes with. Less tiring too. I love my pixel sabers and highly recommend them just be aware of tye risks that come with rough play.

I was getting ptsd watching your test video, my little brother destroyed my Cherished realistic Darth Vader saber he treat it like it was those cheap extendable lightsabers. Im very relieved to know that when I buy any saber from your website I'll have peace of mind knowing my sabers can't be destroyed by anything. And I mean god damn ANYTHING ( looking at my brother and his stupid friends [death stare] )
i had a full thickness combat saber from ultra sabers a while back...(polycarbonate heaviest blade o could get)
i took it a extremely thick concrete driveway at the tip swinging it down with full intent to destroy it...
it took me at least 8-10 full contact swings as hard as i possibly can....
it only cracked the blade and the just the tip flew off....
polycarbonate is the absolute best you can hope for as far as far as a saber blade goes....
i even was able to fix the blade with gorilla caulk clear commercial grade adhesive.... made a new tip out of casted hot glue...and still strong as hell...
polycarbonate is one of the most amazing "plastic-type" materials ever made.... waaayyy better than any standard plastic or glass...
it's made so that it bends and does not crack or shatter....but mine only cracked cause of the sheer force i put it through.
normally does not crack at any force applied to it... but al the force was being directed from the tip to the middle of the blade.
The absolute best part of this is your legitimate annoyance when it comes back ON every time, hahahahah! So many multi-leveled thoughts and emotions encompassed in such a simple moment, and it happens three god damn times! 🤣 HAHAHAH!!!

a great way to protect the polycarbonate blade from blemishes or scratches is to take marine grade cleat heat shrink tubing which o suggest 2:1 shrinkage after the heat shrink....
if you do that it will be damn near Indestructible
great if you put any special coatings on the blade for lightning effects (holographic tapes, glow in the dark paint...or any translucent coating for cool fx to add to it)

This was the best sales pitch I have ever seen. I'm so ready to buy one, but even with free shipping to Denmark a 469,99 USD becomes 130 USD more expensive due to tax and VAT here in Denmark, so it will cost me 599,99 USD. Ofc I can by the 150 USD and only pay 42 USD extra in tax and vat, but if I'm gonna buy a saber, it has to be one of the really amazing one, not just a cheap version. This is not a complaint to you, just telling why I won't buy right away :)

One wish for your website, I would love to have seen a bigger preview picture for the different sabers. I found the image to be a little too small with no way to increase the size of them to check out the details fully.
That was incredible. By the time you finish buying flimsy toy replicas over and over one of those pays for itself. You get what you pay for I suppose. I would have loved to be able to duel my brother with those back in the day. Those cheap toy store ones would be broken before noon on Christmas Day.
