    Lead activity metrics include:
    Total Leads: The total number of leads that meet your filter criteria.
    No Activity: Leads with no completed activities.
    Idle: Leads with past activity, but no completed activities in the last 30 days.
    No Upcoming: Leads with recently completed activity but no future activities scheduled.
    Overdue: Leads with activities that are overdue.
    Due Today: Leads with activities due today.
    Upcoming: Leads with activities due in the next 30 days.

    Do you recommend enabling this for users who are engaging Leads via Sales Engagement (Cadences)? This looks like it would pull them out of the work queue and grant them ability to bypass and call whenever/whoever they choose.

      I would not - only because your Sales Engagement users should be working through their cadences using the Work Queue, which is best managed through the Sales Engamenet App and not Leads Object List.
      In my opinion, the Intelligence View for Leads is great for when you want an overall view and action of your Leads. Sales Enagegement has a completely different purpose.

    Hi Paulo, excellent video, and thank you for sharing. I'm fascinated by how you generated the lead score and lead progress image to illustrate progress. Is the lead score determined by specific criteria? It would be fantastic if you could provide a video demonstration on setting up this feature.

    Hi Paulo, I created a new List view from 'Intelligence View' , but I cannot change the owner filter settled as 'Me'

      Hey 👋🏻
      You should be able to change the owner by clicking on the Owner field (top right) and searching for the new User. Have you tried that?

      @@paduarte Yes, I tried, but I can't. I would like to change that filters, considering all owners

      @@gennarodisimone8721 gotcha! It seems with Intelligence View you must filter it by a User. You can change the filtered User, but it has to be a single user.
      If you notice, when you are in the Intelligence View panel, you have new List Views than when on the standard List View panel.
      If you want to filter lists by ALL USERS, you should use the standard List View panel.

    Hi Paulo, In my Developer Edition Org I am not able to see 'Lead Intelligence View Setup' in Quick find box. Can you assist here what could be the reason for that?

      Do you happen to know which release your Dev Org is on, by any chance?
      If there's nothing on it that is of value to you and you just wanted to try out the Intelligence View, I recommend spinning up a new dev org - that should have the options available

      ​@@paduarte Hey I checked the version of my Org where I am unable to find is 'Version Summer '24 Patch 13.5' So Ideally it should be there as this is the release where Lead Intelligence view is introduced.
      On the another side I created new playground of trailhead and i am able to see this new feature.
      Please suggest what I can check to see this feature in my org?

      Hey @@nehaagrawal3359 - yeah the way to check would be to add your instance to trust.salesforce.com/ so you can double check your version.
      Glad you manage to get access to it in the end though. Do triple check to ensure you have the updated version
