The fact that a white notebook can stain easily can be a good thing though; it will get its own character so to speak over time - all the stains it collects will kind of tell a story about the story of the book (dirt-stain from your favorite spot in a park, water-stain from a river, ...). All that will make it unique after it is finished. Sure, signs of wear might also be noticeable on a darker notebook too - but since they are more visible on a white (/ lighter) notebook, it will shape its "character" even more and make it "more unique".
And if you finished your very loved notebook, put a clear film over it to preserve all the love stains. Or, if you don’t want to have them, put it on after the stickers for protection.

I always had a notebook like this with me since i started middle school,i still write down random ideas,draw sketches,take notes in it and its really fun to use since there are no limits to what you can do with it.I never knew these were called commonplace books😅🤍
