This is a simple pasta dough recipe that can be used for any type of pasta but here we’re stuffing it with creamy mozzarella, ricotta and zucchini to create a fresh, delicious dish. Pair it with your favorite pasta sauce and enjoy! The ingredients you’ll need for this dish are:

3 eggs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp coarse kosher salt

2 1/2 tbsp cream cheese
