An ex-partner of mine's father was a limo driver in the UK, and he drove Robin Williams a couple of times. For many years to follow afterwards, he would recieve Christmas cards from Robin, saying "to Mick, the funniest man I've ever met". --- Such a genuinely nice man.
Bobcat is so right about the generosity & kindness of Robin. I've posted this many times before on other tributes for him. In my one & only extra work (ended quickly due to losers.) on his movie Man Of The Year. After he was finished shooting for the night he came over, shook the hand, asked the name & how each & every extra was doing. You could tell it was something he not only wanted to do but loved doing. It was a moment I will always treasure even more so now !!
i guess im asking randomly but does anybody know a method to log back into an instagram account?? I was dumb forgot the password. I would appreciate any tricks you can offer me.
Imagine trying to do the thing you love and not being able to do it anymore because your memory is going. It's scary. I think he thought life wasn't worth living if he couldn't remember it. We'll miss you forever, Robin.
"...and he would always laugh at what they had to say!" THAT is rare. A lot of the general public doesn't do that. We have all come across those people with egos and refrain from laughing at what others say because of a power play. Just another tip of the hat to a great man.
Anybody who ever questions Robin Williams as a "serious" actor needs to watch Worlds Greatest Dad. That scene where he finds his son dead, damn, thats hard to watch its so powerful
I cannot stand larry... he was a good actor? Why do you m8ss him? He wasn't just an actor he was a Human being. He was the MOST Human out of all of hollywood...and one , Amongst few , of the most precious soul that has ever graced our universe. May his memory never fade.... 💖
I cried hard when robin died and I'll try when you do too. I hated police academy what 4 or 5 lol but your stand up is brilliant and I love you more knowing you were best friends with Mrs.Doubtfire! She raised me! Rest well robin, the world loves you!
Hey Bobcat, I had a friend of mine check out early. I miss him a lot. Those that need to go, should go. Those that want to stay, should stay. I just wish he'd stayed a little longer. Take care. Be well.
Hello, When I watched bobcat in the police academy movies, I thought that was his real voice, Now I understand he was just acting it. Re-edit: Robin William's was a fantastic actor also. Go bobcat, Robin William's I look up to you guys. Thankyou. William Stone.
This was the last robin joke,if only each of his friends had given him 0.1 % OF THEIR WEALTH .he would have been alive and well now. DEMENTIA HAS NEVER KILLED ANYONE,AND AS WE ALL RECALL AND THE RECORDS SHOW,HE WAS SHARP AS A KNIFE TO THE END.the man had so much dignity as not ask anyone for financial help, perhaps he didn't want his illusional memories of his so called friends tarnished. The day he died was a day of shame for hollywood and its band of hypocrites.
slow spatters "Putz", say you. Are you stuck in the early 60's and need a hand to get out?? Why you make Larry King and the screeching fool he's interviewing seem positively youthful:)

This is heartbreaking at watch. You can tell he's trying so hard not to cry.
Yeah you can
watch Ron White talk about Robin. He cant avoid tears.
Huge Huge Hug to you! 🥰🥰🥰❤❤❤❤ Love
I noticed too. Friends will always be friends, even beyond the grave. Bobcat will hold that forever . Thanks to them both
"I just wish my friend didn't get sick."
fuck
I know. That was like a gut punch.
Bobcat's serious side is one I have not seen before. The man fought back tears the entire time.

He's aged quite well. I miss Robin and I love Bobcat. Both staples from my childhood.
Dreighen He's actually better looking than when he was younger. And his voice is endearing.
Ash Calizo agreed
Better days
i guess im asking randomly but does anybody know a method to log back into an instagram account??

@Juelz Van Instablaster ;)
I just wish my friend didn't get sick. What a great friend Robin had in Bobcat.
“World’s Greatest Dad” is a masterpiece. This film needs to be seen. By everyone!
Agree!
Bobcat looks better now than he did in the 80's. I hope he's just as happy.
If Robin Williams was your best friend you just have to know you must be a good human being.
A true loyal friend
Sorry for the loss of your friend Bobcat.
Aaah check out his Robin Williams impression / voice at 2:46. He mimics his friend's voice for just a second and it's perfect. Very sweet.
I pictured Robin saying it when he said it too
Larry King is a genius interviewer. BG: Robin Williams was my best friend. I miss him. LK: Why?
wjlintz and asking Jerry Seinfeld did your show get canceled?!
For the softball lobbers, probably.
L.David: You cancel them they didn't cancel you right?
J . Seinfeld: Are you serious Larry? Do you know who I am? 🤣🤣🤣
Yeah was just thinking did he really ask why 🤔🙄
what happened to the groceries?
I saw it and it broke my heart! He nailed it! God Rest his soul!
Imagine trying to do the thing you love and not being able to do it anymore because your memory is going. It's scary. I think he thought life wasn't worth living if he couldn't remember it. We'll miss you forever, Robin.
Elvis said it best "the image is one thing a human being is another its very hard to live up to the image".
I wanted to hear Bobcat's real voice and I land on this 😞
Thank you Bobcar great story
RIP Robin... Bobcat you're a good man.
"...and he would always laugh at what they had to say!" THAT is rare. A lot of the general public doesn't do that. We have all come across those people with egos and refrain from laughing at what others say because of a power play. Just another tip of the hat to a great man.
Love Bobcat and Robin. Grew up on both their stuff. Geniuses.
he sounds like a lovely man and a good friend
RIP Larry king and Robin Williams
sounds weird hearing him speaking normally..
I know it's like the same with Gilbert Godfrey
Gary J for some reason i keep hearing the weird him 😂
why did he stop doing the voice?
True , His real voice is not as funny . Its an act . This interview is not a time for the bobcat act . lol He is a very sweet man .
Youre an idiot.
He's been speaking 'normally' for over a decade.
Love bob he carved out a unique comedy character n thats the tip of the iceberg
At 2:49 when he quoted RW... Perfect impression.
Oh, my heart still is breaking. 😢
Anybody who ever questions Robin Williams as a "serious" actor needs to watch Worlds Greatest Dad.
That scene where he finds his son dead, damn, thats hard to watch its so powerful
Goodwill Hunting should clear that up as well.
that or the end of Dead Poets Society when he finds out about Neil's suicide
Goodwill hunting
Bobcat is a legend
I grew up watching these comics, and there's nobody like them. Brilliant comedic actors being funny without trying.
1:42 "I miss him"
-"why? "
...Larry King you little sh**
I cannot stand larry... he was a good actor? Why do you m8ss him? He wasn't just an actor he was a Human being. He was the MOST Human out of all of hollywood...and one , Amongst few , of the most precious soul that has ever graced our universe. May his memory never fade.... 💖
Larry is well into his 80's now. He's not the same interviewer that he used to be. He's slowed down tremendously.
when he says "i miss him" out of nowhere..🙁
He still sounds like a kid. I love that
He’s such a great dude
WOW he impersonates Robin for a second a the end and it’s SPOT ON
he literally sounds the same minus the fry vocal crying.
He actually sounds so much like him at 2:49
Seeing him fight back tears getting choked up and trying to talk was sad
I cried hard when robin died and I'll try when you do too. I hated police academy what 4 or 5 lol but your stand up is brilliant and I love you more knowing you were best friends with Mrs.Doubtfire! She raised me! Rest well robin, the world loves you!
His movies are incredible and Father of the Year was brilliant.
Breaks m heart
Legend
Bobcat such a nice bloke
Grew up watching him .....I miss him
I miss him
Literally no one…
Larry King… “why?”
damn that's bob? I'd of never believed it
Always enjoy the content Thank you very much Cheers
I can tell bobcat really misses him.
Everybody Loves Robin Williams.
OMG! This is what he really sounds like??! My whole entire life has been one big lie... 🥲
I love Goldthwait!
Hey Bobcat, I had a friend of mine check out early. I miss him a lot.
Those that need to go, should go.
Those that want to stay, should stay.
I just wish he'd stayed a little longer.
Take care. Be well.
Bobcats normal voice has a fairly thick New York accent (Syracuse apparently)
Rip robin Williams
Wow directed World's Greatest Dad.
Indeed. Brilliant film. Spread the word. All the best to you and yours.
Gotta see it .also loved Shakes the Clown
Hello, When I watched bobcat in the police academy movies, I thought that was his real voice, Now I understand he was just acting it.
Re-edit: Robin William's was a fantastic actor also.
Go bobcat, Robin William's I look up to you guys.

William Stone.
boomer
Yep Bob...must a been a.good friend
He looks way better now
"I miss him"
"Why ?"
facepalm.
I LOVED hot to trot
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Bob had to rehearse for this scene for years to be able to accurately portray his "man speaking normally" character.
Bob : I miss him
Larry: Why?
that was heartless
@Poetic Heart Because Larry King is an absolute trash interviewer with no nuance.
Asking someone during an interview what they miss about a person?
@@CT-vm4gf Had he asked that it would have been proper, but asking "why?" implies "what is the utility?"
Love his character waaaay better.... my favorite actor and i can barely listen to his real voice ?
Funny guy.
World's greatest dad was a great movie very very dark
Old Bobcat is much less crazy
That was real.
I like his normal voice better
JAHBLESS
Where's SweetChuck?
❤️❤️❤️
Bobcat and Sam Kinison were also best friends ?
What happen to his voice
lol, it was fake. This IS his real voice!
Wow he sounds normal
What happened to his hair?
Stop interumpting Larry, let the man talk.
I like him more when he's off his meds!
Larry King looks so weird now. How old is he 125?
85
Estelle had that same form of dementia.
who's Estelle?
robin williams was a one hit wonder. miss doubtfire and thats pretty much it
Goldthwait had dementia at age 20
Who is this guy???! 🐈
Zed from Police Academy and prolific stand up comedian through the 80's and early 90's.
@@1978SOOTY No, I know 😂😂
I’m just saying because he’s not talking with “the voice”.
Sounds like Charlie from IASIP
this guy has kissed Robin on the lips and he is reminiscing
I always thought he had tourettes
Larry king was terrible at interviewing, imagine asking Bobcat why he missed his dead friend
Right. He was like “Why?” My jaw dropped, he sounded extra cold about it.
Why is he speaking so weird???😉
Not sure, i thought police academy was his normal voice too
He had lewes body dementia, which is a type of dementia. No shit
How well he hides his real shriek voice.
Quantum Mechanic it's weirding me out
This is his real voice.
That's his real voice, the other is his "character".
This was the last robin joke,if only each of his friends had given him 0.1 % OF THEIR WEALTH .he would have been alive and well now. Speaking that way of the dead is pretty cowardly..
The fact you have no idea what you're talking about is just openly displayed, huh?
Bobcat is annoying no matter which voice he uses, he's also hard to believe.
FU Larry
One overly manic, unfunny man speaking about another equally overly manic, unfunny man.
slow spatters
"Putz", say you. Are you stuck in the early 60's and need a hand to get out?? Why you make Larry King and the screeching fool he's interviewing seem positively youthful:)
Thats your opinion...
@@hyena131 and here you are, a nobody unloved by everyone that's ever met you talking nonsense about your betters.
Robin and Bobcat were never really funny, though, they did try.
