- The Caribbean is on alert as a strong tropical disturbance moves closer. Development is NOT a guarantee, but at the least, this will bring areas of heavy rain, flooding, and gusty winds.
The rain and gusty wind threat picks up Monday night into Tuesday. This tropical disturbance will move through: Dominica, Martinique, St. Lucia, Barbados, Grenada, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad & Tobago.
It will have a small window to spin up into a tropical storm. As it moves through the Caribbean, it could eventually bring rain to Puerto Rico, Haiti, The Dominican Republic, and Jamaica.

I believe the wind shear south of Haiti and Jamaica is gonna shred that to pieces. Could really use some rain in Jamaica, but this El Nino induced windshear is killing everything as they get near us.
