Nabil depends what you’re good at. Sat is more reasoning while you need to know more specifics for the act

just took the august 25th SAT and apparently it was an exact copy of the october 2017 international test...

Could you please make a video on how the new SAT to ACT concordance tables will affect the college admissions process. Because, currently, the average sat score is WAY higher than the average ACT score according to the new concordance table-- the difference is huge for many top-tier universities. Also like if you are taking the SAT tomorrow.

official tests, a little bit of uworld, and a little bit of checking your mistakes and you'll get an 800 ;)
What do you reckon uworld is best at for math, and what about khan academy?
DANIELDOH khan academy reading is a literal goldmine. UWorld writing is very helpful (14 mistakes in December to 2 mistakes in march)
Math has so many resources and it really depends on what your current level is (uworld is more difficult)
Hey Moh, I haven't actually taken a diagnostic test yet but being placed at level 3 on Khan Academy just based solely on practice etc I might estimate 680-710 at standing which is SHIT. Tryna get a perfect score btw, and Geometry and Trig are 0 rn. Also, what was your overall score if you are happy sharing, and did you have to get to like level 4 on everything for Khan academy reading. I'd like some resources for someone trying to build up their math skills and fill in gaps in knowledge. THANKSSSS!!!

talk about the bs about the august 25th testing being "cancelled" please... I'm pretty sure I did really well, but now that a plethora of students cheated and got perfect scores, I feel as if the scores are extremely inflated and would scale my score down...
here after hearing college board might cancel scores because of the answers leaked in asia. sigh. firsst the june sat curve was so bad, now this... this is horrible
Just took it today. Wasn’t so bad. Still curious to know why the hell collegeboard made us take a fifth section:( no one in my testing center even knew about it.
probably to get more data so that future tests are better "scaled" and #rescoreJuneSAT doesn't happen again soon... Before CB was using data sets of 1K-5K test takers to scale the test according to their literature, which is a pretty small sample.

One thing that i love is sat is a test for UNDERSTANDING of maths.....its based on application and stuff and if you DO know maths, its sooo easyyyy.....moreover in south Asian countries such problems are taught on a young level.......but what intrigues me how confusing the english section can be....for both native and non-native speakers.....i really want somebody's else's opinions ....xd

Haysam Habal its not as hard as they make it seem. Don't let it seem like that. You will get frustrated or do too much it'll end up not helping you. I did that and Ommgg ... I suggest to just look over the questions and just see how it will look like. Don't read the questions yet. See which ones look familiar to you. Do easy ones first and then build up. You don't have to learn much because it's stuff that was already taught to you.

X^2 + Y^2 = 153, Y = -4x , X^2 + (-4x times -4x) = 153, x^2 + 16x^2 = 17x^2, 17x^2 = 153, 153/17 = 9. If i square the 9 I'd get the wrong answer can someone please tell me where I made a mistake? Thank you.

I don't quite understand why students should use formulas for this kind problems and that they're taught to do so. This simple problem can and should be taught to be done in the head, it's doable for the average high-school students. Difference between old and new price is 20$ (obviously) 20$ is on sixth of 120$ (obviously), reduction is a sixth of 100 percents.
100-120 Will be negative, better to do 120-100/120

Have you taken Algebra 2? If you haven't, I would recommend you wait until you've taken it. If you have taken Algebra 2, I would suggest taking Math 101 at a local community college to review some of your advanced algebra.
