While I get the concept, this video is *not* what I thought it would be. I was thinking they were gonna portion/prep and into freezer bags then how to cook from frozen. 🤔
Freeze or refrigerate each recipe instead of baking it right away. Then pull it out and bake it when you're ready to eat it 😊 You can use the disposable aluminum pans to freeze things, unless you have 5+ glass casserole dishes lying around 🤪
@@laurenstorlie984 if it's frozen, I'd plan to let it bake for around 40-60 minutes at 350°, depending on what it is. If it's thawed, I think you could follow the normal baking instructions.
Yes cooking pasta is very quick but the other components and putting the meal together takes time some people don't have. When I had my baby freezer meals saved me.
tasty i’m begging you, please, for the love of god... post a recipe compilation that doesn’t involve dairy products. i’m so lactose intolerant that even watching these recipes makes my stomach hurt
Sorry you will just have to emplode. Because cheese is life. I'm lactose intolerant too and I cant go on without it. Id be a vegan instead of a veggie if only I could stop eating cheese.
OMG the amount of cheese in every video is staggering! I’ll start looking and think “ hey this looks good” and then at least two types of cheese is dumped in and I immediately go off it....
You are so right. I'm just staring this meal prep myself, and wonder what took me so long. I guess you just have to be ready mentally to do it and put in the work. The payoff is sooooooo worth it!!! 😀
Ok I'm not gonna lie...as a student with little money I clicked on this video with a lot of excitement and anticipation. Since then I have concluded 2 things: 1) Holy feck I do not have the money to buy half of these ingredients. 2) I made a tortilla based lasagne a while ago as I didn't have any lasagne sheets in my flat and was just trying to put something together that I could eat for a few days. Now although it was edible and surprisingly better than expected, I can tell you now that it is not worth your time deliberately doing it if you have the option not to, i.e. do not make the fecking bean casserole. It makes me genuinely sad to see what I did at 2am in desperation as the basis for a recipe on Tasty 😂 10/10 would recommend other things I've done though like bacon and mushroom lasagne (hence the lack of lasagne sheets), bodged bolognese using tinned tomatoes, beef stock and herbs worked well and was done in 10 mins and last but not least - Moroccan rice i.e. rice, tinned chickpeas that were reduced and spices. Good luck to all fellow students out there and may the lords of the reduced section of your local supermarket look mercifully upon you 🙏
I watch Rie make some amazing things on this channel and it makes me like this channel more every time. Then I see videos like this and I wonder if I'm watching the same channel.
Because they probably just bought a can of them xD 1 - Can of chili 2 - Tomato Sauce 3 - Cheese 4 - Too many Tortillas 5 - For the love of god add some chicken or beef in between the layers!
Lasagna is great for freezing it holds up along time too. Also... You should be cooking for your self if you are old enough to be home alone you gotta start cooking. Food tastes better haha
Soviet Boi Welcome to Mother Russia! Oof lol, I ain’t American heeeheee lol, normally I freeze it then the day I’m going to eat it, leave the food in the container out de frosting then I will heat it up a certain time then voila 😋
TeylaDex I do research other stuff and all. I just find it sad that Tasty’s main ingredients rely on grease and dairies. Not just for me but everyone. And ps: I do some of their recipes (that do not include that much grease and dairies) because they are insanely good. I just wish we could get more diversity
But, why no from-frozen directions if the video title says "freezer friendly"? Wouldn't the ceramic or glass pans break if going from the freezer to a hot oven? I'll admit, casseroles aren't my specialty, but I'd hoped this video could teach me a few tricks as advertised in the title. 🤷♀️
Look good but I was looking for freezer meal ideas. Does that potato meal really freeze well.? Would like details on how to store in freezer and reheating! Maybe you just mislabeled your video
The cheesey potato casserole and the Chicken parmesan baked ziti look good. The other three? 🤢🤮 Looks like something a small child came up with when their parents "let the make dinner". Especially that last one. NONE of that goes together. Ick!
While all these recipes are nice, they’re also HELLA heavy. None of them are nutritious or in a sense that they help you maintain your weight. Laden with cheeses, creams-only the last one seemed better, but that too with three types of cheeses!
While I get the concept, this video is *not* what I thought it would be. I was thinking they were gonna portion/prep and into freezer bags then how to cook from frozen. 🤔
Me too!!🙄
The first one you don’t even cook it tho?
Freeze or refrigerate each recipe instead of baking it right away. Then pull it out and bake it when you're ready to eat it 😊 You can use the disposable aluminum pans to freeze things, unless you have 5+ glass casserole dishes lying around 🤪
@@intoalivinghope would the cooking instructions be the same? I wish they included "from frozen" instructions.
@@laurenstorlie984 if it's frozen, I'd plan to let it bake for around 40-60 minutes at 350°, depending on what it is. If it's thawed, I think you could follow the normal baking instructions.
0:08 - Broccoli Chicken Alfredo Lasagna
1:07 - Cheesy Potato Casserole
1:57 - Bean Stuff Casserole
3:07 - Chicken Parmesan Baked Ziti
3:55 - Enchilada Stuffed Shells
Everytime I prep meals ahead of time I usually eat them well before the week is over lol
Freezing pasta? Americans are truly something special Jesus Christ
MartenAFC ikr just prepare it fresh, doesn’t take long to cook. Americans make we feel dumb
Sarah Hamilton cooking pasta takes less than 10 minutes, there is no reason to freeze it
Yes cooking pasta is very quick but the other components and putting the meal together takes time some people don't have. When I had my baby freezer meals saved me.
Fosse quello il problema di questo cibo 😂😂😂
Tasty, what are the cooking instructions after freezing it???
tasty i’m begging you, please, for the love of god... post a recipe compilation that doesn’t involve dairy products. i’m so lactose intolerant that even watching these recipes makes my stomach hurt
James Frank they hardly ever post anything that isn’t sugar- or carb-heavy either.
In this vid the recipe in 1:52 u can make it without using cheese u can use bharta(indian style mashed potatoes),it will be delicious 😋😋
Sorry you will just have to emplode. Because cheese is life. I'm lactose intolerant too and I cant go on without it. Id be a vegan instead of a veggie if only I could stop eating cheese.
I also miss some things with gluten free too! Though they made like some on it it’s usually the good stuff that never shows gluten free
OMG the amount of cheese in every video is staggering!
I’ll start looking and think “ hey this looks good” and then at least two types of cheese is dumped in and I immediately go off it....
Hey wanna have some cheese?
aklindfors You want some cheese on top of that?
Meal prep is a serious game changer! I love to make some meals ahead and freeze them to incorporate throughout a busy week.✨
You are so right. I'm just staring this meal prep myself, and wonder what took me so long.
I guess you just have to be ready mentally to do it and put in the work. The payoff is sooooooo worth it!!! 😀
But nobody tells u what you can Freeze of how to thaw it out with different foods u can’t bake a sandwich
Pretty much all food is freezer friendly lol. I store leftovers and foods for my meal prep in the freezer all the time and they taste fine
Amen
An$ how do you thaw it out
How do you keep the sauces from separating?
As an Asian it always baffles me when I see how much of cheese, milk, cream etc Americans love.
Oooh look, a tortilla casserole with a hint of beans...how enticing.
Me watches Tasty videos: I'm gonna go and make this!
Me one second later: Clicks on New video
Repeat Cycle
Wahaha its true i got that eather
I can relate
lol so true
Can you guys relax with the cheese
Can I guys make more “Easy to make lunch and breakfast foods”?
Especially because 10 and I love cooking.
Highly recommend Mind Over Munch or Domestic Geek on YT/IG
In case anyone is interested, music is Formentera on Audio Network. Good uptempo beat for a run
Just wow you are the best cook 👨🍳
@tasty do you cook the meals and then freeze them?
I like to freeze stews and curries. They make the best freezer meals.
I always tell my channel that cooking should be convenient for you and these recipes really show that
Yes! Back with the good music!

JSR - Racing Sims and Video Games I love the reduced section at the grocery store. It’s very inspiring.
I watch Rie make some amazing things on this channel and it makes me like this channel more every time. Then I see videos like this and I wonder if I'm watching the same channel.
Howwwww th does chili and beans count as one ingredient lol
Jmg123 I am pretty sure it says 4 ingredients instead of 1, recheck it.
Because they probably just bought a can of them xD
1 - Can of chili
2 - Tomato Sauce
3 - Cheese
4 - Too many Tortillas
5 - For the love of god add some chicken or beef in between the layers!
@@clarabellen that is a struggle meal for sure
Who else watched this on an empty stomach?
Thanks you so much for sharing your channel sis. God bless you and have a great day 😘💕.

Shepard’s pie and lasagna 😋😋😋
Lasagna is great for freezing it holds up along time too. Also... You should be cooking for your self if you are old enough to be home alone you gotta start cooking. Food tastes better haha
@@spicybeantofu thanks for that advice :3
frozen food makes me sick, that’s why American food sucks honestly.

That is completely different, I just hate those frozen food things you buy from the freezer section at a store. Those things are disgusting
*Freezer-Friendly Dinners so Yummy
All these recipes look fantastic 😍😍😍
While I enjoy these videos, can we get some freezer friendly meal prep that does not include that much dairy, pasta and greasy stuff?
How about then going to another channel or think up your own stuff? Or just hang the given recipes accordingly..
TeylaDex I do research other stuff and all. I just find it sad that Tasty’s main ingredients rely on grease and dairies. Not just for me but everyone. I love tasty so muchhhh❤️❤️❤️😋
Printed recipes would be helpful. Especially given that the video doesn't explain all of the steps.
I am dutch and the time right now is 00.15 and i can't sleep

Stews and curries freeze well..
This is the earliest I have ever been for a video
Can i prep it on mondays instead?

Can you do one of these for vegetarian dishes?
I always watch these videos but I never have the ingredients... 🥺😅
Why does everything have to have cheese?
Because cheese is life!
Quiff Osaurusrex Lmao
Does it only work on sundays
But that first recipe: alfredo lasagna reheat well? I'd like to see Tast reheat the frozen item.
Freezer pleasers who likes those?
I do come see my new workouts
Tasty good video...... Gng to try them all. What's the artist and title of the song?
I made the first one for dinner and it was bomb
Lol I commented on the wrong video nvm

I really like this music
Must the Broccoli from the First Rezept be coked
I’m not sure what Tasty did, but I would steam it first for good measure.
Ok thanks, gona try it out tomorow
I wanna make all of these
Tasty, can you do more videos of Alix and Rie? Like maybe they are going to do challenges or stuff.
Aku orang indonesia aku suka maknan yang di post dichannel ini menarik sekali
I mean today's Thursday but whatever you say, Tasty.
Justin Liu meal prepping is usually done on Sunday so you can have food ready to eat for the week, it’s doesn’t mean their video is posted on Sunday 😂
Why Sunday
So on momday when you go back to work you dont have to worry about making dinner for the week
Cool and then freeze?
Wow yummy😋 please stay conected😊
Pilaf
Can u do a gigant sugar cube next?
XD how about just a giant baked block of cheese. oh wait.... they pretty much did that this video
Reheating sauce with cream in it doesnt work for me it just kinda separates and is horrible.
Sweet
Look good but I was looking for freezer meal ideas. Does that potato meal really freeze well.? Would like details on how to store in freezer and reheating! Maybe you just mislabeled your video
Make a giant Chalupa
Hi
Tasty, the app is only pasta can y’all add more if you guys can
These recipes were fairly good, but you all have about 100 dairy cows near you that won't need to be milked for a week, lol.
Do a vegetarian version!!!
Only stuff you make in the oven...
Darle like si aveis visto la carita sonriente que apareció al principio cuando cojio la cuchara
Hello tasty
That ad pic at the end is too big! :(
Please put "Bean Stuff Tortilla" back in the vault, and never ever let it see the light of day again. Gross.
lolol it is what someone would make if they had an empty fridge/pantry and 2 cents left in the bank account
Why does every Tasty recipe contains copious amounts of cream and/or cheese and scant amounts of herbs and/or spices?
because they probably get sponsored by the dairy farmers of america lol
Wow
Why go through all the trouble of a baked potato cheese bake when you can just...make a baked potato?
Make a giant chocolate chip cookie
Tasty really hates lactose intolerant people... chill with the dairy gosh darn
wow, my first unliked tasty video :/
Not enough cheese 🧀
Lol, these all are prolly tasty when fresh, but from freezer... I'm not too sure. Also heating potato is not the best option.
Like… Where are the vegetables..?
All recipes except second and third
They really hate vegetarians, vegans, and just healthy people in general.
how to gain weight 101
There's a lot of cheese in these recipes haha
Why is there so much cheese in everything?
So much cheese
I feel like the title is wrong for this... it should be... meals cooked in a crock pot.
except...none of them are cooked in a crockpot?
Why is there cheese in every recipe
Nice presentation but too many meals with cheese and cream based products !!
The cheesey potato casserole and the Chicken parmesan baked ziti look good. The other three? 🤢🤮
Looks like something a small child came up with when their parents "let the make dinner". Especially that last one. NONE of that goes together. Ick!
Numero #2
Why is every meal got cheese in surely you could come up with better meals!
Nope!
these dinners were so frizzer friendly that they took my frizzer on a date
Cheese everywhere. Title should be 5 easy overweight friendly recipe
While all these recipes are nice, they’re also HELLA heavy. None of them are nutritious or in a sense that they help you maintain your weight. Laden with cheeses, creams-only the last one seemed better, but that too with three types of cheeses!
I see 👀 why they call this tasty
