This is one of the few videos of a DIY heat pump I've found. Well done. Keep learning and keep building!

Wow - you are the amateur scientist of HVAC. Thanks for making it so accessible for us. Would love to see a video on "hot-rodding" a 3-ton 14-seer single-stage package Ac. Maybe before and after with Hot Water recovery heaters, variable speed fans, or Rawal Apr's. Keep up making the content!

Yes it is a it ugly and home made but the key thing is you have made it and it works.
All yiu can do is refine the process.
    A thoroughly enjoyable video.
I need to subscribe.to your channel.
Ordinary caravan style slim line pipes can move the heat neatly around the house to other rooms.
Camper van vents have a very simple hinged flap which means if you do not want the room hotter or colder, you close the flap. Obviously not all vents should be clised as where does the air go.
You could also use a heat exchanger to warm water in a tank to use less electricity in the shower etc.

Very cool video! I did a ground source water-to-water heat pump on EEV. It works perfectly, I achieve an average COP of 5.21 : 1.

Well done. Little mistakes teach us more than getting it right first time. Matthew.

Impressive! And nothing to be ashamed of at all. Better to do something even if it has some rough edges than do nothing with absolute perfection.

Keep it up kiddo. Nice job!
There are portable ACs that have reversing valves. When I found one I bought it without even thinking.
...Stood unused for years until now when the heating prices really started bitting :))

you need to build a cover that goes around the entire unit and the compressor because that'll make it quieter

I did something similar in my house and used all the radiators in the house as the condenser. There are videos on my channel about it.

I am trying to do something similar but instead of cooling a room i want to heat my water heater. where did you get the info on how to size your expansion valves, flash point, coils ect....

Hey man, I am a big fan of your work. Tell me please what exactly you are saying in the video openings? English is not my strong side.

Hello. Can 3-phase 380v BLDC (dc compressor) used in inverter air conditioners be operated smoothly with VFD? The rotor has a built-in magnet. However, the speed of the motor is controlled by the IGBT module on the internal card. Its internal control board is broken and has no spare parts.
