@@juliusdauksys2183 that is true. The National Institutes of Health provides $43 billion in subsidies in the form of 50,000 competitive grants to 300,000 researchers, scientists and laboratories. The fruits of that subsidized research is acquired by companies who without price restrictions in the US (unlike other countries who set limits based on medical quality and effectiveness) will overcharge American’s seeking lifesaving medical items. American companies overcharge because they simply can, not because of the cost of development.

@@PEPLUVER1 again he didn't do any of the real work rubber stamping it doesn't mean he proposed it supported it or had any hand in it. just because he stamped it doesn't make it his bill its like that one kid in class who on all group assignments say he "got sick" but still gets an A+ "b-but i signed my name!! see i should get credit!'

Thank you Biden and Harris ... I use to co-pay every month for my asthma medications $325 every freaking month now my co-pay is $75 much more affordable, I have always been a chronic asthmatic so I get inhaler's ,allergy meds, inhalent meds I gotta sniff up my nose ( Flonase),pills and solutions for my machine every month and an epi pen every 6 months ( which use to cost me $475 alone now $125 )!!! So believe me what the President and vice president is doing to make meds more affordable is helping A LOT ....thank you so much!!!

BS. Republican policies have favored the insurance companies for decades.
BTW, I remember the Republican National Convention during Bush where there were almost no people of color in attendance; it was a true “whites only” affair. One of the few black people in attendance (a woman journalist who was covering the event) was harassed and called the n-word on multiple occasions. Meanwhile the Democratic National Convention was a panoply of different races and ethnicities. Who would have thought that the people who advocate for multiculturalism would be, you know, “multicultural”. But the Democrats are the “racists”. Sure buddy.

no inhaler has ever broken the 600$ mark, the most expensive didnt even hit 550$, and that's before the insurance pay, i get its expensive but inflating the #'s is moronic.
