How to make Potato Wedges in Hindi
Potatoes / Aloo - 4
Pani - 3 liter
Salt - 2 tsp
Maida / Plain Flour / Atta - 1/2 cup
Corn Flour / Arrowroot - 1/4 cup (optional)
Rice Flour / Chawal ka Powder - 1/4 cup (important)
Red Chilli flakes / Mircha - 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander Stem - 1 tsp (optional)
Namak - to taste
Oregano / Mixed Pizza Herbs - 1 tsp
Garlic powder / paste/fresh- 1 tsp
Melted butter - 2 tbsp
Water - as required for a batter
Oil - to deep fry

I made one with oreo..
Just grind oreo biscuits in mixer and then mix this with some milk, 1 tsp baking powder and a punch of baking soda. I didn't have both of these, so I mixed with eno only.
Steam it in cooker or kadhai for about 25 mins. Cake will be ready. I used nutella for icing and gems for decoration
