    I feel your pain My $2,500 4Runner I bought from copart a few years ago ended up costing me about 5 grand by the time it was fixed and registered in my name.

    Wow, it shows you how the internet so deviating sometimes can be, from a price of 750 dollars to 2200 plus the 5000 dollars approximate kost to fix half of the broken car .
    I genuinely think you should reconsider your thoughts about taking the decision spending more money to fix this.i mean that money you will spend apparently around 6k or more wouldn't it get you a good working mini Cooper!

      Yeah - it's definitely a tough one. Had I known that the $750 would end up being closer to $2000, I would have definitely just saved and purchased a good running, low mileage R53 for about $6000. Hell - I could have bought a shell in better condition than this one for $2000 😅 - Now that the money's spend it's a bit more difficult of a decision - try and sell the car for $750 and take a $1250 loss or fix the car and have it running for maybe $5000-$6000.

    Qhen u buy from a broker is the title in ypur name .

      Yep, they provide you will a Bill of Sale and a title, you take it to the DMV and register it in your own name
