Brilliant vid guys! We lived in our tourer for a year (caravan) 2009 in between houses. Really enjoyed the life and met many people doing the same thing. Went through many weather scenarios but survived it all but after the year added up the cost ( my god it was frightening) and that was then. The way things are now feel for you! Enjoy every minute of it guys we did! 🤝👍
🇬🇧🦋Hi everyone .. looks like all having great fun .. you little ones all being daredevils on your scooters.. whizzing down hill , Then animal wardens feeding the ducks 🦆 , having to show mum how it is done . Then explorers looking for the Dam Such great fun for 3 of you .. My hubby enjoyed the gob stopper sweets 🍬. Said he needs to get some .. good idea shut him up .😉 Hey look at you all wild camping .. we have to do our first one yet .. looks like all having fun , enjoying the world , like you mentioned often miss out on special events like the lambs . Look forward to next adventures lulu and Paul 🦋🇬🇧💕x
Hello lulu and Paul, so pleased you enjoyed watching, a bit of a mix this week lots of bits to see and do and some lovely spots too! Getting braver! XxRR
@@TheRollingRucks we totally enjoyed it x That’s what life is about , just think what you have all seen this year.. I loved the flamingo ‘s 🦩 , just driving down the road , seeing them then finding them how magical .. what it is all about x Have a lovely Easter 🐣 weekend all of you x
That's a shame you didn't know. If ever the film the Dambusters is on TV. That's where they filmed it. It shows the dams etc. It's the same place as they practised for the bouncing bomb in world war 2 . Take care guys
I love the high peaks Buxton is my favourite place for me ,bakewell and Matlock too, its getting more expensive those campsites do as much wild camping as possible like you said you've saved money, until the next time stay safe
Buxton is lush we had a great day there, the gist is ridiculous at the moment but it’s the holidays too so just trying to save a bit and enjoy take care XxRR
Another great vlog! Camp sites don't know what to charge! How expensive are they? You could rent a luxury apartment on those prices, grrrrr. So glad you're seeking legal advice, I couldn't believe it when I saw that leak, don't they realise anyone watching your vlogs wouldn't buy one of their vans? All the best, lovelies and take care xx
Thank you so much Julie, really appreciate your comment, the sites are enjoying some great income at the moment aren’t they .. oh well it’s meant I have to get used to wild camping now haha.. the motorhome issues are ridiculous still no news but will update everyone once we know more. Have a lush week XxRR
There's been quite a lot happening in your lives the last few weeks! Being on the move means never a dull moment. I've said it before... I enjoy seeing you and the family out and about enjoying yourselves. The children insert that extra bit of magic. Well done on the wild camping. It does make sense rather than doling out the cash every night. Campsites then become a treat too. I do hope you won't have to be without your van in the future for repairs!
Thank you Karen, really appreciate your comment, campsites cost so much lately we hope so too still waiting to find out what will happen and update soon XxRR
What a lovely area the peak district,,haven't been there so thanks for showing it in your vlog. So happy to see how much fun the children were having and so glad you got to see water flowing over dam. travel safely , see ye next week 😊
I'm pretty sure I saw a Caravan Club sticker on your windscreen in a previous video, if you are members have you considered stopping on the CL network? There are hundreds of them all over the UK. They are way cheaper than campsites, in the middle of nowhere so peaceful and quiet and have water and toilet dumping facilities and more often than not electric hook up. We don't "wild camp" because basically it's illegal and there is the ever present risk of being moved on. When we park up we like to be able to get our table, chairs and plancha/bbq out and enjoy food and beers etc knowing we are parked up legally.
@@TheRollingRucks Pub stops are on our to do list, although saying that we did spend 3 nights at the Tan Hill Inn which is an absolutely fabulous stop over.

Hi guys You must have been there last weekend same as us. We were at our caravan in Matlock it started snowing when when we arrived Friday night. If your ever in Buxton you should always fill up with water all the van lifers do it you can't beat Buxton water. No campsites are cheap anymore the 1 we have a seasonal pitch on increased by £220 this year, you definitely have to get use out of it to get your moneys worth.

Another fab video and I’ve added The Peak District to our must visit list as we have never been, so thank you for the information. We are getting ready for our first holiday in the campervan we purchased last September, as we have only managed one weekend away so far 🤦♀️.
