A heads up for anyone stupid like me, if you come back to the area to do it again, if the teleporter keeps sending you to the exact same spot, enable letos algorithm, teleport once, then disable it. Did about 30 shots where it sent me to the same place.
I know its a few years later but I needed one more armor set to finish up the platinum on ps4. I was teleporting to the same spot over and over again and then i saw you comment. Thanks dude! It work Heads up to anyone else do what this guy says and you should be teleporting to different places, just keep trying and it will work eventually.
I get a bit frustrated at it now. I've done some of the things like 20 times and still not getting the dungeons/bosses that I need to spawn. Filling out those last few pieces are a pain in the ass.
It was a good dungeon purely for its story told through imagery! Constant use of the teleporter often puts you in front of a crumbled wall with a decapitated skeleton stuck in it clearly showing a bodged attempt at teleporting before. Helped in co-op play as well to discover that it spawned me down in the basement with the armour set but my co-op partner was up top at the teleportation device still! Every time my friend used it he would teleport but a burning skeleton would fall through the shoot to the pile below, lending to the belief that each use of the machine was actually replicating your character and killing you. If that makes any sense. It was good and intriguing for sure! Definitely would love to see more biomes and bosses and more trophies added with DLC too as opposed to mini events. But this dungeon had some subtle yet great details as I mentioned above and showed they put some thought and creativity into it as a whole and I can’t fault that at all!
It actually says in one of the logs on one of the computers that they couldn't achieve matter displacement, and got duplicaiton instead, and decided it was "close enough". So it is actually happening - your duplicate is created and original is cremated. Didn't know that you could see that in coop. Pretty cool.
I agree, great story use in this dungeon. I think you’re correct in thinking the burning corpse is the copied version of you because of what the logs on the teleportation control computer documented. At any rate, this reminded me of a Fallout-Esk type of twisted science story. It wouldn’t break lore to add some more labs as dungeons based on what already exists in the games story content. Overall, pretty cool addition.
Love that they are adding content, this dungeon seems to have more puzzles and you have to use your brain which I really like that you can't just run straight through it. If they keep adding content at this rate with new weapons thrown in the mix it'll be a great winter.
Thank you so much for the guide. I had to teleport exactly 37 times to get it...my heart skipped a beat when I got teleported somewhere else inside the lab, considering I was getting teleported outside the door for the first 24 times. Oh and this is how you get the crystals from the room with a broken staircase too. The "dodge" mechanic of this armor is hilarious!
It should already be on disable so just pop the door open on it then teleport 10x for armour. You'll be telleported on a computer (yes that's what computers used to look like) 3x Then you'll be teleport in the room behind on a broken balcony with a luminite shard (out of reach another way) 3x Then you'll be teleported in the hall just outside in front of a skeleton that was once a scientist who I assume used the teleporter and got stuck inside the wall (like it's referencing the movie "the fly") Use it once more and you'll be in the secret room.
I’ve been playing borderlands 3 but I also love remnant my 2 favorite games this years .. so many people don’t know how good remnant is .. I’ll be going back for this armor very soon .. .. Who doesn’t love new content? Especially this soon .. it would be amazing if we could get something new 1 x a month .. even if it small . Developers cry , about being over worked.. joy the club.. Just got this game a couple days ago. I play on PS4 and got the set and everything on first try thanks to this guide so thanks for the help. Loving the armor a lot honestly.
It was fun to play Leto's Lab, but the armor is a huge detriment until it is upgraded, i was one shot by a regular root monster while trying the armor right after getting it, i'm currently trying to get Leto's armor to +20 to see how it performs when fully upgraded, hopefully we can find Simulacrum more easily now since it spawns in Adventure mode after the new update (i found one while looking for Leto's Lab, it was quite a pleasant surprise).
Well i upgraded it to 20 minus 1 once so it's got one upgrade worth of armor over the void armor wich is bad because you have to wear leto amulet to dodge roll. I did make a video and it's not worth the upgrade curently....unless you dont dodge and face tank
For me it didn't work in the beginning, I was teleported always to the same spot I tried it 50 times, then I went to the Computer and switch to enable, teleported again and then I switched back to disable and since then I've been teleported to various spots and finally I got it
So am I doin something wrong.. I have teleported probably 30times or more at this point, the first 11 or so times enemies would spawn an I fought multiple root brute swordsmans and shreikers then no more spawns. It's been like 45min of jus teleports??
You do know all them burning skeletons are your character cloned & now your playing a clone of your original character. That’s deep, also keep using the teleport for extra items.
It’s an interesting thing to think about, if you are cloned perfectly with all memories intact would you still use it in real life? Even knowing that your original body would be incinerated?
It’s such a fun boss fight. I used the Explosive Shot 🧨 on all of the bosses dooops hahaha. SPOILERS It’s awesome until you realize that you’ve just killed your original character, and are now in a duplicate or a duplicate of a duplicate, etc etc... X (multiplied) by however many times you went into that machine. On the computers, it’s logged that they couldn’t find a way for full displacement (teleportation), but only duplication. Sooooooooo, those burnt bodies are yours and whoever went into the machine for the fun of it 🤕🤕
@@DanielPiresZyzz you have to activate Leto‘s Algorithm on the computer first then use the chamber. Then deactivate and use the chamber Then activate and use the chamber And so on. Till you get the Armor.👌🏼👌🏼 He only say, that you have to deactivate the algorithm but im not sure if this is enough.
they definetely need to do more stuff like this and more often - right now there is not so many dungeons and diversity of re-runs is not so high - most of the time you got the same levels every time (im tryin to roll letos amulet and did Earth runs for 10+ hours and ITS NOT THERE - that is called random? that is crap. and not even single time ive got 2 Lizs (my friend looking for it), but - Junktown - here you go - why it is even in adventure mod?! it dont belong there!!!!). so need more, MORE, so you can at least get 25% chance to get new dungeon, than 5-10% right now, bcs almost every other times you gonna reroll you adventure world after 10-15 minutes bcs its literally the same every freakin time, and it pisses me off. >
I hear you - rerolled for about two days before I got assault rifle. There is save analyzer online - makes rerolling much less tedious, as you can see what you rolled, wish I knew about it before. But that whole "reroll until you get what you want" approach is really needed to be replaced with something by devs.
It's actually cool that it teleports you to the most random spots.... my favorite is right in front of a wall showing two corpses that were scientists that got melted inside of a wall wich most likely was a failed attempt to teleport, what a lovely detail and kinda gave me the chills haha
Pretty cool Dungeon. Not sure how I'm going to feel about it, the 18th time it shows up after I've re-rolled Adventure Mode Earth or the whole Campaign, though. Just, that's way longer than the other stuff you could drop, and it doesn't help that a huge portion of it is the Subway Reused. I'd like to see more of these future updates, be side dungeons, as apposed to linking ones, if they're going to be more involved than your usual. Sure, they'd be the only Side Dungeons with Bosses at the end, but who cares, right?
i've killed Leto, went back and did a couple of teleport tries but no luck. Will it spawn or do i have to reset the map? Also do i need to deactivate/reactivate Leto algorithm each time i use the capsule?
Ok so after some experimentation here are my results: 1. I did kill the boss, and yes! you can retrieve the armor after. 2. If you leave Leto's algorithm activated on the computer it will spawn you only at the same spot, so disable it. a) if you read the first log entry and esc button it will teleport you into 3 places (that is how many i've found). One of them could be on top of a blacony where in my case there was a Simulacrum hanging. b) if you read the second log entry it will teleport you into the place where the armor is.
Just to add, first you must enable it and then disable it. Without doing that I was always ending up at the exit. Then I tried rubber ball and it took me to some 3 different places and then finally I chose "tree" and on my first try I went to the desired location and found the armour.
I wonder what’s the chance rate of this appearing in the world, I re rolled earth 20 times and still nothing. I’m just going to move on to border lands 3.
@@potnoodles4life171 Nope, I really hope they do something like that down the road but right now if you get a drop from a boss it's only used for what McCabe has and cannot be used for anything else. I want to see some deeper crafting in the second game 🤞🤞

Disable letos algorithm on the computer in front of the teleporter or its not gonna bring you to get the armor. I was sitting there teleporting for 20 minutes 😭
I did it on hard and it was crazy because i let the boss do all his splits to see what it does. After that i used the iron sentinels. Not so hard if you change your loadout
i clicked this video and immediately paused only to tell y'all if you haven't actually tried figuring it out by yourself, shame on you. I haven't had a chance to play so i am not watching this video. Maybe i will once i get the armor so i don't spoil myself
@@robotboy5026 armor is Ultra-Heavy type and gives 700 armor. If you try to dodge when I'm full Letos, you just belly flop onto the ground. The flop can deal damage as well. The set bonus of the armor is ONLY active on 3pc and will reduce impact by 1. Meaning if you get hit by one of those big sword guys, you no longer get thrown to the ground, instead you just take the damage.

Almost 399 hours into this game and still discovering new things ! More games need to follow this trend !

We need an endless dungeon or a game mode that gives us repeatable end game, so we have a way to truly test and push our gear
It needs a new environment and maybe some crazy puzzles with scaling difficulty

I think the defense is 620 at rank 19 if I remember correctly I hope that helps

Does not work. Warped about 100 times in a row and it never warp me to those corpses.

Did you set Letos algorithm to enabled? That's how you progress. If it's disabled, that's how you get the armor.

He means pc players are using world analyzer tool to find this encounter and it works, found it in 10 min

@@robotboy5026 armor is Ultra-Heavy type and gives 700 armor. If you try to dodge when I'm full Letos, you just belly flop onto the ground. The flop can deal damage as well. The set bonus of the armor is ONLY active on 3pc and will reduce impact by 1. Meaning if you get hit by one of those big sword guys, you no longer get thrown to the ground, instead you just take the damage.
