Hi good idea but have some feedback. The lighting wasn't great and choice of black kurti and speed of demonstration made it harder to understand. The triangle you made wasn't measured.

I Hv little different difficulty.. Somehow d slit is long for my Kurti. Meaning D opening is wider and higher from sides of Kurti. Now want to cover more from sides. I hope I made u understand. 🙂. Can I use ur this technic to repair it. If yes do I need to cut till arms? bcoz rest fitting viz. Chest waist is proper.
If no.. Please suggest me other way.

Access fabric of different colour should be added to the centre of kurti to increase the size. Plus it makes a fashion statement & style. do you not think it would look pretty as well?

Please also show how to alter falling shoulders. Also sometimes readymade suits have armpit problem. I mean it fits well around bust, hip & shoulders but armpits area gets bumpy & looks bad. I hope you're getting what I'm trying to say.

Thanks I have a friend I buy old kameez from but she’s much smaller than I so I have to alter them all but they have such beautiful bead work it’s so worth it!☺️ but the arm is also challenging for me because I have large upper arms so I have to take the sleeve stitches all the way out or take them off completely!🙏🏽 so in that case I use the sleeve fabric for the side panel and just make new sleeves with a contrasting color fabric

Please use lighter colour fabric and secondly doesn't look good after altering this way. Tried it
At hip places it does not look good
