Special Malaysian Crepes | Roti Jala | Lace Crepes

Airy, fluffy and very filling (not light!) these lace crepes, also known as "roti jala" are often served with chicken curry in Malaysia. They have a beautiful pattern that is made by swirling the special bottle with multiple nozzles over a non-stick pan, and rolled up into little cylindrical shapes once slightly cooled over a banana leaf for fragrance.
