I love that you mentioned Rachel Ray's 30 Minute Meals - such nostalgia for those Food Network Days. Loved that show & $40 A Day that she hosted. I know she doesn't really consider herself a cheffy type cook but she's a great cook and she's the one who got me interested in cooking so I sing her praises from those years. Martha seemed too "mature" (read: uncool in my early 20s mind at the time; it's so silly to say that!). I STILL use that garbage bowl and yeah, it makes everything easier.
I agree! I think Rachel is unbelievably talented and I loved both of those shows! I was just talking about $40 a day the other day! I wish they’d bring that back! She inspires me so much ☺️

Could I just use smoked paprika or vegan worcestshire for the liquid smoke? We get a chemical taste from that. Maybe tamari?
Smoked paprika would be a great alternative! Add a little at a time until it tastes good to you ❤️❤️
