I can't think of "higher praise" than that!

I had the pleasure of meeting Joe a long time ago. Bought a Les Paul off a guitar forum and was told it had Plek damage. Joe actually messaged and setup bringing the guitar by to take a look at because he didn’t believe it. So dropped it off at his shop and he even walked me through how the machine worked, I got see his database of artists who had their instruments Plek’d by him. Names like Keith Urban, Brad Paisley. Heck, even met Clint Black while we were there. Not only was Joe right, it was actually a fret file damage. He even showed me the exact one that did it. Not only did he prove the seller wrong, he fixed it for free. Such a class act. I’ll never forget it. Wish I would’ve understood back then how much of a big deal this guy is.

Excellent shop, people and strings. I recently started using EJ's and I will continue to buy more-love them. A special shoutout to Charlie at Glaser's-it only took a few seconds after meeting him for me to realize that I had brought my guitar to the right shop.

This video sold me from the mailbox in the opening scene and just got better. Talented group over at Glaser!

OMG,, I'm floored watching this... I bought some Pauls and Sunn amps from Staff music (Akron ) in the early 70s... I made a great living playing... I wonder what my guitars be like after these people had them... Well, my bank account tells me to leave them the way they are ... 😊 Interesting 🤔

Interesting video. I first heard of Glaser’s from Tom Bukovac and that they are the go-to guitar repair shop for Nashville. For years I used another brand of strings then starting encounter flawed and corroded strings. I initially thought a bad batch accidentally made it to market but that wasn’t the case. I tried some D’Addarios and never looked back. They feel right and last so much longer than the other brands. Keep up the good work!

I wasn't a fan of coated strings AT ALL, but I tried the XT's and that's all I use now. On my six and twelve string acoustics too. Phenomenal strings that don't feel weird under my fingers like other coated strings and sound almost the same as XL's. They're a little different than XL's, but still fantastic. I'm not gigging anymore, just playing at home, but they definitely last considerably longer in my experience. I have a bunch of guitars and it's nice to not always be changing strings like I had to in the past! (And Joe Glaser is THE MAN! I want to send him my Tele to install a bender!)

I’m curious as to when this was filmed? Looks like my tele featured at the 1:30 mark that I sent to have a bender installed in April 2023.

Not sure how long it was there for, but we shot this in June of 2023. Thank you for watching!

Looking at my emails, I was off on the date, my guitar was in their shop in very late May 2023. The orange tele. I had already put strap locks on it, so it very well could be that one featured in the video, so cool! Awesome video, love Daddario strings! Thanks for making this content! @@daddarioandco

Well, the boss knew how to pronounce D'Addario. Someone should have told the guy in the blue shirt how before putting him on this video.
