I was hesitant about paying $7.99 for an app. I like those free ones! But I did and I use it every time I eat or go grocery shopping. Totally worth it! I’ve just started the FODMAP and I am in the elimination phase. I feel so much better, it’s crazy 😝

If your a guy disregard everything she says as she clearly states in her videos that she 'helps women' with diet. She goes out of her way to say women and not men ....
