Thanks for explaining STATA in such an easy way. And thanks for the 272analytics page. it's very very useful for students as well as professionals who work in systematic reviews
Thanks a lot you save my life, i'm working for my thesis to make a méta analyse on the psychiatric disorders prevalence in prison, i made the table with the prévalence from all studies but i don't know how to calculate the average prevalence . Thank you again
Thank for this great video, I really needed this for stats class. You shouldn't make a conclusion based on the summary statistic since your heterogeneity test (Q test) is highly statistically significant , indicating that your studies are heterogeneous (at least one). Stats teacher heavily emphasizes the importance of assumptions in statistical methods!!!! Thanks again.
Sorry to be offtopic but does someone know of a way to log back into an Instagram account..? I somehow lost my login password. I would appreciate any tricks you can offer me
@Lane Brycen I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now. Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
It is very easy to understand through video. thank you^^ I have a question. I want to get se of logor with stata. However, there is no 2x2 table frequency. Is it possible to get se of logor through logor obtained from a video?
Thank you for your video! Can you help me, please? How can assign a name to each study within the metaanalysis? Until now they are just called "1", "2", etc.
Sir, I am currently working on a meta analysis. But I am not able to produce association studies of allele contrast (A vs a). Except that all are done but can not understand how to calculate A vs a frequency. If you help me out it will help me a lot. Thanks
How do you conduct a funnel plot after this? Can it be done with OR / Hedges G effect sizes ? or only with RR? Been struggling to this for the longest time. If someone has some insight please do help me :(
help me, please It is so easy, but.... after gen lnor = ln (or) gen lnlci = ln (lci) gen lnuci = ln (uci) metan lnor lnlci lnuci, eform effect (OR) this is my results The variable does not exist. You may have mistyped the variable's name. can u help me?

You're welcome!
Thank you so much! This video was so clear and helped me to complete my statistical analysis for my dissertation!

@Lane Brycen it worked and I actually got access to my account again. Im so happy:D
Thanks so much, you saved my account!
@Sonny Henry glad I could help xD
Can we report results if I square above 50%?
Can we perform subgroup analysis for results?
It is very easy to understand through video. thank you^^

is it a fixed effect or random effect model? What is the command to rename study 1 as Authorname 2017 et al. ??

So clear. Thanks

Great tutorial, thank you! Question: How do you insert the name of the actual articles on the plot?
Hi Sinaida, did you find out how? I was wondering the same! :)
Why we need to have logarithmic transformation of OR, LCL and UCL
thank you so much.
help me, please
It is so easy, but....
after
gen lnor = ln (or)
gen lnlci = ln (lci)
gen lnuci = ln (uci)
metan lnor lnlci lnuci, eform effect (OR)
this is my results
The variable does not exist. You may have mistyped the
variable's name.
can u help me?
Don't use spaces after the ln command...
nice
