The right side can go to infinity but the left side is more bounded because it is a ratio measure. There are limits of how small the lower end of a conf interval of a ratio can be. You can look at how much the confidence intervals of each individual study overlap with each other to get a sense of heterogeneity. If they are similar to each other in width and they line up there will be less heterogeneity. If they dont overlap there is more heterogeneity.
if my results are i2 = 98%, that mean its heterogeneity, can I accept the results and publish. is different in the time line , its appearance on the first figure 0-2-4, second figure 0. 50, 100. Also, I found 2 p value which one is can I mention significant or non significant.

If Im interpreting your question correctly it should mean the risk is higher in the control group. It all depends on labelling of the axes, etc
