This reminds me of the good old days in the mid 80's with friends back home in Kampala Uganda we used to have a famous place to hang out in Kololo Kisementi, today i went for lunch at a friends restaurant and heard it i was so excited because the lounge that is run by her son was un believable that our children are also enjoying our music 😂❤
Hahahaha.... Last time listened to this song I was in class two. Jana 27th Dec, it popped in my mind searched and got it.... I have played more 200 times & can't have enough of it.....
"Midlife crisis" keeps bringing me back here to experience "nostalgia". An occasional move away from Amampiano, Afrobeat, Bongoflava and the Billie Ilishes of today
Listened to the song on one of the stations here in Kenya some few minutes ago. My mind just went back to 1985,86,87,88 those golden years. The world was slowly transitioning from vinyls to cassettes and everyone was eager to see what was produced. I just cried, having not listened to the song for more than 30 years. South Africa is still great. Where are we Kenyans 🇰🇪🇰🇪
Some dude drove jnto this gas station i was filling up at in Maryland blasting this song with his windows down. White Mercedes. Older gentleman. Dude was the main character jamming to this! Had to look this groove up.
In Morogoron Tanzania I remember listening this song from Radio South Africa in those Golden years 1983,84,85,86... remembering our refugees sisters and brothers from South Africa who were living at Mazimbu (Solomon Mahlangu camp college) Great memories,.
Akayimba kanzijukiza radio Simba mu program ya mukulikeeyo amooti super cherger ne Sam ggombya 2001 nali mbeera ntiinda valley road ne friend wange kimera Henry ebiseera ebyo
I just rediscovered this song today. It brings back good memories. The Winners with Lionel Petersen were a hot group...if not the hottest from South Africa in the 1980s.
This one takes me back in 1989 when j heard it on a radio channel, then we immediately login to town to buy the record everyone at home liked it as a daily anthem ❤❤❤
Grate memories ..oh how it was ..all guys wz afro hair styles... I was in Nairobi by then..I can't stop listening ...to this hit...wz no one loves u like I do..
I love the song. It reminds of my brother 😢 while in Chilanga....we could listen 🎶 to "yours and mine", a south Africa 🇿🇦 radio music programme every Saturday @15hrs.
This song reminds me of National Service (JKT) period, where it was played during functions with other hits during the 1980s, particularly hits from South Africa.
Reminds of my late Father and mother RiP I have almost the best life but not so happy without yous all I do is to listen to this to kind relate with your Presence!
Used to hear this in the morning b4 school in Nairobi..i had a crush on the back up singers despite having never set eyes on them. Their voices used to hypnotize me...
i dont mean to be offtopic but does anyone know of a method to log back into an instagram account? I somehow lost the password. I appreciate any tricks you can give me
Yes, I remember my girlfriend at that time and the way they used to dress for discos...tears! tears! We both married different people now but feel the same when we hear this song.. I used to play on radio cassette every time she visited when parents were out

In 2003, I played this hit on my stereo at 0100hrs... My dad came down stairs & slapped me "why is that track on a low volume" 🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪🙆🙆🙆🙆
