5:45 this bug is very annoying, and it seems to affect muskets based on my exp and talking to other ppl. Very likely something to do with a specific set of inputs done very quickly, mixed with some server desync. There is definitely a way to get out of it, just not sure how exactly. I just start pressing all kinds of buttons when it happens and sometimes i get out of it. Probably just a matter of open inventory or free looking.
@@KristoferESO I usually manage to get rid of it by just rescoping in. At first I just panicked but i figured if i let go of all buttons and just rescope in, bug would cancel out itself
OPR has been feeling really good (excluding the fact I finally have stable 60 there instead of 30). Less solo hunting in my experience and the hp buff didn't affect my kill potential that much.
You don’t use sticky bomb after this patch? Is the 300 dex a must? 50 const is enough? I saw your build before this one and one thing i liked was the sticky bomb + trap combination game play, because i though was a friendly build to play also in team in OPR, instead to go solo looking for kills and don't care about objectives.
Hello man thanks for all the info and content. iv been getting into pvp and went for this build got good gear for it and a good GS. i find when i hit my shots its dirty damage but thats the main problem even if my cross hair is dead on the player i find most of the shot dont connect and im wasting DPS. im not a bad shot but with the bloom i find it hard to land the shot. is there something im missing or any advice?
If you hold still while shooting for a half seccond you should find a huge increase in accuracy! If you move at all while aiming the bloom becomes almost unaimable, so getting in the hang of holding still for a moment helps a ton!
The biggest reason you're noticing a gap difference is because musket dodge rolls still have haste on every roll for 3 seconds. Bow only gets 2 seconds of haste dodging at full stamina plus they can't spam it if they wear nimble and dodge again at full stamina. They have to wait for the timer to end plus the extra 1sec it takes for the icon to disappear.
Uh it 100% is not that, his musket has accelerated traps on which give him 32% speed boost, so we he traps a target he’s closing in on 42% movement speed

I’ve gotten 5 freedom/resil finally, lightning damage ring, and all the runeglass. I need like 4 levels on musket and I can start testing it out.
You know, I have tried both, and I agree powder burn is better long term damage. I don't have a piece of gear that has the snare perk however.. so since I'm missing access to that utility I actually like power shot with this setup because the burst combo is stronger as you dont have to wait for the 3 ticks of burning

This build does well in OPR thanks to its speed and big burst damage! I usually like to run off on my own and have good success controling the fight with distance and movement, but honestly this build is a backline / pseudo skitzo monster in more of a group setting
@@Ohanzea yea I had to sacrifice something to get to 300 dex and I’m using the greatsword mostly for utility. It’s a guard point/bleed build lots of sustained pressure guard points let’s me stay in the mix longer then my tankiness should allow. Fun build.
I will update the build in a few days hopefully! I have been super busy with work/training latley If you want to still run 150 con this patch I'd recommend going 300 DEX and 50 INT to retain that roll passive while giving up mini.al damage
Little tip from a 5 con musketeer. When they are on your heels like that - don’t ride out reload animation. Pop off, then swap to rapier and for about 3 seconds and swap back to musket. It reloads in the same time frame when stowed. Even more viable with the instant enchanted shots. Also nice because you can block ranged or flèche through the group and gain distance while musket is reloading in the background. There’s more to it but I’ll let you figure that out. This will help your movement game👌
I like the patch. Danzo and I were talking yesterday and he called it the honesty patch. It’s removed some of the crutches that people were using. You have to pay attention to stam regen and mechanically play better. I like it. I think the big losers are light armor strength builds they got boned.
Yea I agree, even though I just started playing again about a month ago and hit 60 2 weeks ago. Fighting a perma dodge rolling sns/spear was pretty toxic lol. Just from a newer level 60 perspective I think the only people upset about the change is the ones that was abusing the viability of it and can’t anymore.
@@stefanbatory4488 I agree with this statement I do like when companies buff other things in line with the over preforming things. But to say it wasn’t busted is a bit of an biased reach. Also you do want some give in take on the diversity scale.
@@stefanbatory4488 I didn’t say not to buff other things. Just that this patch is letting the more mechanically sound players show out. I have a question what fun thing can’t you play since the patch? Everything is still viable with adjustment. Dex builds obviously are the big winner and light armor strength builds the biggest loser, but all still work with proper adjustments.
@@xMoondo ofc I can but now the mobility is gone and the dps on rapier isnt there. But keep coping buddy, as hard as you like until all the buildcraft and hybrids are gone and the game goes full ooga booga for normies. Enjoy
Amazon devs are a few cents short of a dollar. They should have added more HP in the 100 to 150 range. They also buffed bow/rapier/musket by removing the dodge from all other builds. They are clueless. The dodge bonus should be removed completely.
Yeah, like all it did was nerf hybrid str/dex or int/dex builds that mostly use a melee weapon as a main one. But those were kinda strong as well imo, like hatchet/gs or spear/hatchet
Your saying you dont think anyone’s harder to kill, but you think your a much more durable build now… that’s a factually impossible statement, if everyone is benefiting from con. How could you possible say that glass cannon builds are buffed? We benefit way less than people who play 150 con like SNS GS. This is an impossible statement to make

happens sometimes when flicking inventory too very rarely, if it haoppens again try flicking Alt-Tab twice, that can help reset it quicker
Sometimes if you spam ads it fixes the bug too!

I think the sticky and trap combo is gonna give you much more group utility, but it's really about your preference with the build more than anything

You should try powder burn atleast over power shot, way stronger

Looks hard to play. How is it in a full OPR game?

I’m an arena player but, opr as light melee is horrible cant position effectively with Stam nerf so have to play even more near..cover… way less fun.

I noticed more medium schizo types running around opr yesterday. With a healer, those builds are very difficult to deal with imo
I’m still playing Greatsword/Rapier in light and it still smacks but strength light armor builds kinda got pooped on.

Yeah lets remove all the "crutches" rather than buffing whats underperforming so that nothing enjoyable is left standing.

they need to fix the spear asap. The main reason its so broken is the stamina regen
If they wanted to encourage people to choose con, they chose the most ass backwards way to do it, literally.
FS/Rapier trickster assassin with 150 dex was my fav build. This change only limits people's chocies. I uninstalled.
