I just did my first mutated as healer, due the lack of good healer me an my friend change from dps to tank and healer. I did a quick view of your vid, and helped me a lot because I didnt knew shit about healing. My first gold as a healer, so liked and subscribed.
I just wanted to say thank you for all the videos and support that you have given to us who like to play new world. You have done a lot of work and it has been really great stuff. I will not be playing new world anymore myself but I just wanted to say thank you because your videos helped me a lot. Good travels everyone.
or you could be like the paladin, see enemy attacking you? stun them, knock them back and laugh as you watch them struggle to get back up. warhammer isnt meta, but it is a different healer build, and yes you can use it in m10's build it right and you'll crit for 6-8k+ damage as a healer
I really miss how healing used to work up util I think it was 1 maybe 2 weeks before the Void Gauntlet came out, AOE healing was super fun and easy for everyone to learn which is always a plus. Healing should never be hard to learn nor do in any game. Something I'd love to see is if Sacred Ground had the AOE of either close to the size of Oblivion or is the size of Oblivion. So for new players who may not play as healers, that green circle at the 10:37 marker, that is the Sacred Ground AOE heal. Most bosses and several elite enemies' hit box is too big for you (and if your whole team is melee) to fit in that AOE heal. That is by far the strongest Life Staff heal but as you can see the AOE is way to small. Plus a side not, for tanks, especially new players; do as much as you can to stay in that Sacred Ground. Don't be blocking the tanks from getting their heals. If they die so does the team.
Hey Baggins, thanks for the video, your knowledge of the game and builds is impressive I always come to you for build guides and other guides on the game, i have just started to hone my builds to PVE & PVP these guides help massively. keep up the good content 🙂
hello mate, i have a question. how you upgrade this life staff to legendary? because this is a life staff tier 3.. what i ned to do? im a recent lvl 60
@BagginsTV any thoughts on being able to output Dps when you’re solo? I easily spend 5k a week changing my aspect points. If not more. I feel very discourage to play as a healer anymore. Every patch I feel like healers get the short end.
@@JoyP09 you used to be able used your trophies and coatings you could do your dailies solo. Took a little time and a lot of dogging. But you could do it. Healers are worthless unless in group play. As someone who heals m10s… I’m kind of over healer.
@@Raiderlock I am thinkg of picking up the game, but that sounds discouraging honestly. I like the healer role in party play, but leveling/questing/gathering I want to do solo. I guess there is no dual spec? So I can't switch between a group and a solo build, and soloing as healer sounds annoying if you're squishy and do little damage. I guess I will start as heavy armor greatsword build for leveling and see If I can get into healing later on.
Great video! Is the void blade really that much more damage? I like to drop oblivion and sit just outside of melee range auto attacking, screaming and detotanating orb in the pack, which provides instant oblivion cooldowns as well as constant scream and orb cooldowns. I gotta do some dummy tests.
I lost my character in the merger... My main character just disappeared. I had 3 accounts on Crassus (2 from previous mergers, lvl 4 and 7) + my main which was level 60 with all the expertise and all the inventory. When I logged in earlier, the 2 low level had been transferred, and my main appeared still on Crassus, under maintenance. Then it disappeared...
@@brazy6491 What a smart ass comment. That's the 1st thing I did, I posted this to see if there are any other people in my situation. Thanks for your contribution!
Do you mean you have beloved + kind? You can only get beloved on earring. Sounds like a tank or positioning issue. Some aggro is inevitable but you need to draw those mobs to the tank/clump or ask a DPS for help if it’s an archer.
Ah Yes. Beloved on lifestaff and kind on ring. There must be a bug with aggro, because as soon as the tanks taunts ends, all the enemies goes to me. But i should only generete 1% threat?
@@kristian1497 Any damage over time spells (beacon, orb, sacred ground) will continue to generate aggro. Some weapon tree passives will also generate aggro. But otherwise that sounds pretty normal to me (all the way up to M10) and I only run beloved on earring and use WOTA as my life staff. It might also be multiplicative and not a flat reduction.
Disappointing to see that after years healing is still so braindead with Sacred Ground and Beacon making any other heal build handicapped in comparison. Maybe will check back in another 2 years
anything more than 100con and less than 100 int is pointless and makes the healer shit. If I weren't the healer I would block any heal wanting to do m10 on 100con+ and never use voidblade
same. At best, 410 foc+100 con is fine, but I prefer my healer to run 200 int, 265 foc, 50 con (or 250 foc and 65 con). The first attribute setup is fine for pugs and the 2nd setup is generally for a solid premade

please the same for pvp healer
So in depth and well put together, thank you Baggins!
Good guide.
About getting aggro: wow told me loooong time ago, when you get aggro RUN LIKE A MANIAC TOWARDS YOUR TANK xD

Great video, as always! Please do the PvP version for the new meta.
That phrase you were looking for - where an archer cant see you... It's called "Line of Sight".

Healers cant kill anyone and now they cant even survive with shitty fortification changes

Healer/Void PVP guide YES Please !! 🙏
Brilliant, thank you!
Are you using the splash of light build for the final boss in empyrian forge?

You should absolutely set yourself as target member, it’s faster than holding down a button
AWESOME INFO THANK YOU SIR IVE LEARD ALOT FROM YOU
Please, please, please. A guide for pvp aswell!
how did you give your game a more cartoony visual?
What happens when Void gauntlet has a Focus conversion gem?
5 seconds in and I'm sat here thinking fishing is the meta healing tip
Is this still good for season 2 bro just started back fresh start already hit 60 gear score 570 with in a 5days 😊
Is a beginner healer going to have the gear to get 500 attribute points?
i quit the game over a year ago due to the very unpopular changes to healing so am cruising the channels and see how things are now
u are the best ty for ur content
very nice video. would've been better with more positioning guide
