Documents of public domain like a court orders of the courts in other State should be deemed to be received the date when are made available in the courts website . It is incomprehensible to interpret that the date of presentation by a party at his convenience should be treated as the date for assessment of duty. Such a view is vulnerable.

Surprising that court is hearing lengthy arguments on.this technical issue. The deficiency of stamp duty is a curable defect and the timing should be an issue.

The courts sre supposed to be temple of justice. Admin should not permit viewer to make any comments on the judicial proceedings. If it is permitted, viewers are allowed to indulgence in legal proceedings.

He's duty bound to provide the documents if he's representing the party. He is giving his personal travel details... how is it relevant in any case..? An advocate whether he travels to court by walk or by bicycle or by bullock cart or by plane .... should it be a matter of discussion in the court?... It shows this top notch advocate of top notch court is fixer. He had won many cases as those were not live telecasted or recorded. He can win argument in closed door only. In open debate or on camera he's good for nothing.
