Yes, I guess so. So for all these "bad" achievements, you should get them when you've gotten all other achievements. That way, you can easily argue that you just did it to complete it.
Dark souls 2 did that I’m pretty sure it’s been a while since I’ve played DS2 as I’m not really fan of it as much as DS1 and 3 and especially Bloodborne which is my personal favourite

I actually like the ‘start the game’ trophies because it’s interesting to look at the stats and I’ve seen as low as %75 of people getting the trophy. That means 1 in 4 people who got the game didn’t bother playing it.

They changed it to advancements and removed ones like travelling a lot or block by minecart. I think they wanted the advancements to guide newer players through the game instead of saying they achieved something by riding a pig off a cliff.
Tbf, for the most part Minecraft achievements are a guide for noobs on how to play the game. They even trigger in a specific order, like you could theoretically never get “getting wood” because it doesn’t trigger until after you’ve opened your inventory

As a trophy hunter, I can say that games may have stupidly easy trophies, while they may also have insanely difficult trophies at the same time. Take for example: Rock Band 2. I platinumed it in a couple months, and the trophies range from simply calibrating the fucking game just so you can play it, to you playing every single song on expert without failing out of a single song or pausing the game (which takes about seven hours of non stop rock band.) I guarantee every game on this list that has those piss easy trophies has something really fucking hard as well.
EDIT: Just saw God of War is on the list. Platinumed it recently for a nostalgia trip. It was the first game I ever earned a trophy on when it came with my PS3 eight years ago. Sure there's a trophy for dying on normal difficulty multiple times, but there are also three trophies where you have to climb on a rotating spike tower in hell without taking any damage, completing the challenge of the gods which is undoubtedly one of the most unfair and difficult things I've ever done in a video game, and for beating the game in under 5 hours. I think that compensates for you getting your ass kicked.

I guess you just have to watch a couple of his videos to see why he struggles to grasp any subtlety in humour, but honestly he fails to understand that pretty well all of these achievements have a valid reason for existing, wether it's for a joke or just to help you appreciate that the game you're playing was worked on by hundreds of people. He's so insufferable.

One thing achievements like these are good for is judging what portion of the player base gets past what point in the game.

Holy crap. there's an achievement in that game for not playing for 5 years! there's one for clicking a bunch of doors, finishing the game (which takes about 8 or so minutes max), one for starting the game up after you closed it, one for PRESSING THE SPACEBAR, one for pressing the big red "ON" button in the mind control facility, and there's one for pressing the number 8 four times on the keypad!! There's also one that is called the "unachievable achievement" but we won't talk about that

I agree with the trophy for going to see the credits. Most people don't go there. It's a way for gamers to appreciate the people behind it. I used to do it all the time after every game just to see how many people it took and what different aspects were needed to make a game. I learnt a lot about how many different departments are involved in making a game

There's an achievement in Crysis 2 for actually loading the game for the first time. Except that's kind of an inside joke by the company because Crysis 1 was so ridiculously heavy in hardware requirements back in the days that it fucked up a shit ton of computers and consoles.
