WOW Tom and Har, it's really looking good and almost finished. It is great to see you have power on now and can see the lighting. Love the night light in the Master. Does it have a dimmer switch or is it just On and Off? Oh, are all the lights LED's? Bet you can't wait to use the pool... I'd be in there first thing in the morning and last thing at night.
Hi Dave! Yes we think it’s looking great also ! No the light strip above is not in a dimmer but we might add that in the future as well as possibly one that can change color for mood 🤔. Yes all the lights in the house are LED! Yes once completed I’m sure we will be cooling off in the pool daily 😊thanks for watching and commenting!!
Tom the place is absolutely beautiful. The pool is nice. I love the outside CR. Do you have a rough estimate of the price? My wife and I were looking at that and absolutely love your design but we need one more bedroom. I thought about off of the kitchen, a little larger L shape.

Hi Kevin!! I have lost track of the working days after leaving for my trip to the USA and now being on vacation with Har and my sister!! I will figure that all out once the house is completed and we move in but it really doesn’t matter to us as we have a place to stay and always have said we are more interested in quality work than speed! Once the house is completed and we have time to sit down and go over everything we will do a video about what it costs to buy land and build a place in the Philippines! Keep in mind a lot will depend on where, when , type of house, materials used etc ! Material costs have over doubled since we began our home!! Thanks for watching!!
