@@robertwelch3240 I mixed up the names on this I was watching a video on niseishi and this one I commented it on instead of the other video...but your right it called chinto just commented on the wrong video....also wado kai is what I study.

In my style this Kata is called niseishi I love this Kata and there performance was spectacular!
What style would that be? Niseishi is Shotokan Nijushiho. Gankaku is the Japanese name for Chinto.
