Thank you so much for these exercises. I lost my footing on some loose gravel while walking downhill a few days back, but was quickly saved by the grapevine move embedded in my muscle memory and I stayed upright! I am so grateful to you!
This is great. Thanks! I'm a few years off 55 but have started doing balance exercises recently. I've been doing the toe taps and skates, but I'm sure to add in the run forward/backward and the grapevine! I haven't done those for about 30 years... used to do them with Jane Fonda! 😀
I regularly work out with weights and my own form of agility training. But your ideas are the best. Physicians should be testing agility in the over 65 group since this group averages 1 or more serious falls a year......thanks
