Excellent work. Thanks, and it’s not as difficult as it looks, as you are knitting the knit stitches and purling the purl stitches in all rows (except for the garter stitch edge) 😊
Beautiful pattern and excellent work. Cabling is not as difficult as it seems and I hope people try this. Once you realise that you are knitting the knit stitches and purling the purl stitches (except for the garter stitch edge of course), it actually becomes very easy to follow. And it looks so impressive! I can’t wait to try this one.
Greetings from France 🌹. Congratulations 🏆🏆🏆🥰. An excellent detailed, easy to follow step by step video tutorial. In addition there's the written version. I love your accent. Great job. Thanks for sharing caring and making me smile 💕💖😍👍👍👍👍👍😘😘😘
Great Pattern, glad she shows each row/every stitch. A goof on Row 4 while knitting near middle of row she says,'"P4 when she actually K4," and does same for next few stitches of this row, Says something different than what she does, so take note. I changed the abbreviations for (T4F) and (T4B) to KP4F or KP4B because you switch between a Purl first 2sts then Knit 2sts on cable holder. It makes more sense when viewing directions than the T4F or B. This pattern is a repeat of Rows 2-8.The very first row is the Foundation and not repeated. I think she used a size US 8 needle and a worsted weight maybe a 4 as this headband came out pretty bulky. good luck.
She meant the first row after the foundation row. So do the foundation row the one time and then the next one is row 1. I did a sample swatch and it works out nicely but I did a pattern record of my own so I could understand what I was looking at. At one point, row 3 I think, she was saying purl for knit so you have to watch closely and record what you see. It took me awhile but now I have a tried and true pattern that I can follow easily. I did that with an art app on my ipad.
Thanks, Jeanette for the beautiful pattern.
Here, I wrote it down. It's easy to copy and paste.
Cast on 32.
Foundation Row: (k3, p4) twice, k4, (p4, k3) twice
Do not kit the first stitch, pick it as if to purl.
Row 1: k2, p1, k4, p3, C4B, p4, C4B, p3, k4, p1, k2
Row 2: k2, k1, p4, k3, p4, k4, p4, k3, p4, k1, k2
Row 3: k2, p1, C4F, p1, (KP4B, PK4F) twice, p1, C4B, p1, k2
Row 4: k2, k1, p4, k1, p2, k4, p4, k4, p2, k1, p4, k1, k2
Row 5: k2, p1, k4, p1, k2, p4, C4F, p4, k2, p1, k4, p1, k2
Row 6: k2, k1, p4, k1, p2, k4, p4, k4, p2, k1, p4, k1, k2
Row 7: k2, p1, C4F, p1, (PK4F, KP4B) twice, p1, C4B, p1, k2
Row 8: k2, k1, p4, k3, p4, k4, p4, k3, p4, k1, k2
Repeat Row 1 to Row 8
I have replaced T4B with KP4B, and T4F with PK4F in Row 3, and I have replaced T4F with PK4F, and T4B with KP4B in Row 7.
beautiful .

Did a swatch following Jeanette's method for the selvage edge and it looks like a rolled beaded edge not a chained edge which suits the design.
Please, give the written meaning of KP4B and PK4F?
I'm unable to find the definition. Thank you.

She used a larger needle for the cable otherwise the stitches should be loose. I thought that was clever. Beautiful work.

Row 7 error in the written part above is missing k2 at the end (after p1)
Lovely pattern and easy to follow you! I enjoyed the little knitalong!
Beautiful pattern and you made it so easy to follow. Thank you.😊
I've done it and loved it 💜

Aurora. Thanks for the note. 💜
Lovely headband i will give this pattern a go thank you for showing it a tip on row 7 at the end you forgot to put knit 2 that's all ❤❤❤
What size needles and what kind size/brand/color yarn did you use? Specifics like this would make your videos much better.
You can use any type of yarn and on the yarn you will have written the size of the needles.
Looks like US 8, worsted weight yarn
Good very nice thanks
Thank you!!
Very elegant🌹💖💗
ok I'm confused, repeat from the second row or the first row?

@@sassy6292 thank you
@@sassy6292 which art app do you use please?
On row 7 she did not write the last two stiches k2
I can't get the website to work. I would like to see the written pattern.
No mention of needles size or what wool. Disappoint8ng.
What size needles are you using?
Needles use depending what yarn you have
Knit and Crochet with Jeanette what size yarn and needles are you using ?
Difficult to see the written instructions. Maybe a red font would be easier to see against the background.
I will like to do this head band, but you go to fast and I didn’t understand.
You can pause it and read the pattern at the top ❤
