Model/render showcase - Jeff Wayne's The War of the Worlds Fan Film

Hello, my name is Xeno and I'm a 17-year-old American 3d artist, along with my partner I've dreamt about a JW film since I heard about the official canceled one, and I finally decided I would attempt to bring it to life. This is a model and render showcase for my Fan Film the models were made by me and pixltripod, I will take some time to give some more information about this project. First off the film has no current release date, but each song will be released as they are made and then the full film once finished will be posted in its entirety on UA-cam completely for free, I will not make a dime off this project, so no patron or anything like that. The film will be a fully animated retelling of Jeff Wayne's classic 1978 masterpiece, not the new generation or any other version. The film is heavily inspired by the canceled official 2004/2006 animated film which never saw the light of day. Right now the Martian intro is nearly finished, and Forever Autumn will be the first song completed and released. For those curious about the designs, the model you see of the Martians is a placeholder as the final design only exists in concept art form at the moment, it has been completely redone sporting a horrifying fresh design inspired by the one of New Gen and the novel, fleshy beak and all. The handling machines also have been more fleshed out with concept art showing their nightmarish inner workings which will be seen during the Red Weed part 2. Even more excitingly a completely original song similar to Artilleryman Returns is set to appear between AAFM and Forever Autumn, titled "The Black Smoke" which will formally introduce it, as in the musical it kinda just appears without explanation. As I'm sure you can tell the characters aren't exactly human but I assure you they won't take away from the experience, this is not a "furry movie" I promise no weird sexual stuff or anything like that I'm simply just using anthro character designs, of course, no offense I am a furry myself. George, Carrie, Parson Nathanial, and The Artilleryman are modeled and ready as of now.

Oh, phew, thanks, I was in quite a panic, but, all jokes aside, I am very excited for this production and I feel that this will look wonders for the wotw community, my and a friend are doing a thing where every Sunday we watch a different war of the worlds film, I will definitely be adding this to our list!
