To me, it is related to a person, a person I'm in love with as I've never been before and as I'll probably never be again in the rest of my life, but that love is coldly unrequited, worst than that, this person likes to feign interest in me and I can't keep myself from believing it's sincere while I know it's not, and I've had the painful proof that it's not... and there's a feel in this song that remind me of the icy, cruel melancholy feel I get from this situation, I feel just like a rabbit held by the neck between the teeth of a wolf, just waiting to be finished without hope for mercy... When someone you love so strongly make you feel like a worthless piece of garbage, it is so destructive and incredibly painful
