I love this one. Lots of possibilities. The telescope caught my eye early on. I think that is a seriously cool, fun add. Coffee time always calls to me. Looks like enough trees to make my own blend! at home. And room to grow other things. ! Just wow. I would add an outdoor kitchen, bar-b-que set up. Looks like there is also a pass thru window from kitchen? I would convert some closet space to an elevator? maybe? Grand pa would have a house where kids would never leave! Just wow. And you have wowed me several times. Price seems great for a house that size and all the land, view. Love the elevation. What is not to like?
